“Worst experience ever. They allowed me to order online with PO Box address even though they aren’t supposed to because shipper is FedEx. So FedEx just slapped a label over my correct address and sent it to an address I had 8 years ago! A friend shipped it to me and Monica Vinader won’t reimburse! The item was too big so I initiated a return and after two hours on live chat with promises that they’d send a RA slip…crickets. They won’t answer my emails. I’ve had a total anxiety attack over this horrid experience. I wish someone with power would take these scammers to court”
“In late 2021 I purchased something that went on sale and reached out for a price adjustment, in the amount of $8.21. MV refused a credit card refund (form of payment I used) but instead insisted on issuing a gift voucher for the adjustment. A gift voucher for $8.21 which I will never be able to use as their items range in price from $150 and up. And although I have spend thousands on their jewelry, they still refused a refund. Today I reached out to ask again only to be told I was refunded for that adjustment, which is erroneous. I have the records proving otherwise and now they have offered to have accounting look over it. In California I believe under $10 must refund in cash. My credit card was used yet they still forced a credit voucher on me. I will never buy from this company again! MV you list my business over $8.21”
“I returned faulty earrings which arrived on Jan 08th. Despite numerous emails I still have not received my £125 refund!!
I am appalled that any company considers it acceptable to hold on to customer’s money for such a long period and will never make a purchase from MV again! Beware……

“I bought a necklace in New York. It was the adjustable chain rose gold and P pendant. It has broken now 3 times. My P has tarnished and the clasp is falling apart. I messaged their customer service and they made me ship my necklace, pay for shipping, and it took weeks for a replacement. Every time they make me do the same thing and they refused to issue me a better one. This time they want to take off the necklace, get a box, print a label, take it to fedex, wait for it to get accepted by customs and received then they will place an order for a new one after 10-14 days. I would suggest if you live in the US to find somewhere else. The quality is not with the price. The customer service and the company do not care how much you spent. They only care about themselves.”
