Do not shop here! It looks NOTHING like the picture, The size is NOT true-to-size, it's absolutely ridiculous. The quality of blazers, lounger sets, skirts are terribly oversized and sloppy made, and they look extremely cheap. Not to mention that the website doesn't even have customers' review on each item, and it says everything 60% off but the quality of the clothes does not even worth the discount price. The whole website looks like a scam, and when they charge your card, it doesn't even say Misspap, some other website, and this is so sketchy to me. Not even happy with the return policy that it charges you $15. Absolutely horrible experience, NEVER again.

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans from miss pap, I am absolutely disgusted at the sizing of this website I am always a size 8 in jeans, however, these jeans that are a ‘size 8’ I couldn’t even get past my thighs they are more like a size 4. I think miss pap really needs to re- consider their sizing, these sizes are so offensive and can be very damaging on a women’s body image as this is definitely not true to size!! Fair to say I have sent everything back and will not be returning to this website.

I ordered my dress on a Tuesday the event I was attending was on Saturday. I brought next day delivery, so when it didn't come on Wednesday I was understanding as things dents always come on the right day so a day late isn't bad, however when it hadn't come by Friday I was a little worried. I got an email saying that my order was expected on Monday almost a whole week from when I ordered it. My friend also ordered a dress from here and it was terrible quality. please do not order from here if you are under time pressure and care about quality.

I ordered a black lounge suit and wasn't really expecting much. I was genuinely shocked...its so nice! I'm a size 14 and ordered the XL so I'm not saying the sizes are perfect. I'm really tall too and its long enough.

Ordered tracksuit bottoms and they are terrible! Can get better at primark!!!! See through, itchy and very ill fitting. They have been designed as if they were for men with the extra fabric.... not worth spending your money here.

Brought an item on the 17th April they sent item with half the address missing so it could not be delivered refuse to give me a refund due to their mistake and want to blame a pandemic for their mistake and now are ignoring all my emails I would never buy from them again shocking customer service never again

Absolutely awful customer service! After them sending me the completely wrong item I was made to run around and do a lot of work to receive the right item only for them to say the item I originally ordered was now out of stock. I had to go through a return and write a note to their Wearhouse team to make them aware of this situation (even though this is their job to do?). They refused to send me the correct item until I had returned the wrong one and as a busy person it took me a couple days to do this. There should have been one of the correct item put to the side for me AT LEAST if they were gonna refuse to send the right one straight away. I have never complained about a company before so this is genuinely bad customer service. Extremely disappointed.

Bad experience is an understatement - it has been horrendous, absolutely shocking customer service..no updates..no compensation nothing just a lot of spiel saying the same thing over but NOT resolving the situation. How this is still a company I don't know. Feel like they are scammers if I am honest the way I have been treated. I ordered an item 10th Oct, got an email saying had been dispatched and could track via Hermes which I did - then 14th Oct it stated there has been a delay with my parcel and they would have it on the move within the next 24hrs. It is now the 6th Nov and still no parcel, the tracker hasn't ever updated and they haven't even had the decency to contact me to update me on what is happening. I have had to continuously chase them. The first email I got back stated - 'I am so sorry you haven't received your order sweet, I know how it feels waiting on your goodies for them not to arrive when expected. I have emailed Hermes for an update. As soon as they get back to us we will be in touch.' THEY NEVER got back in touch... and it is all well and good calling me sweet and they know how it feels but then a month later STILL have not done anything about it. When that first email came in... the way it was worded alarm bells. So I chased again and got this response, 'I'm sorry to hear that your parcel hasn't arrived. In these cases, when an order is late and the tracking doesn't update for a number of days, we do ask that you allow 11 days from the guaranteed delivery date of your order (18th Oct) for your parcel to be delivered to you. This time allows any issues with the courier or their tracking to update offer further insight into the whereabouts of your parcel' I was never informed this, my tracker said it would be on the move in 24 hrs NOT give it 11 days..absolute joke. That was 22nd Oct and since then...nothing - they haven't even bothered to update me. I have never know anything like this in my life it is shocking. So I have now had to chase AGAIN for the 3rd/4th I have lost count which time this is, it is ridiculous. I really am now not sure if this is even a legitimate company and if it is then may I suggest you do some customer service training...because the way you treat customers at the moment is disgusting.

What is your student offer by the way? you get on Unidays and you put exactly the same offer that there is already on the website .. offer that it is not specially for student, but for everybody. so again, what is your student discount? shame!

If there were 0 stars, that’s what i would be giving! Absolutely shocking customer service, do not reply to emails when you want to return something. Still no refund i have already returned my clothes back to them three months ago now, but nothing. Emailed on numerous occasions regarding the refund, all they kept asking was for my order number and i was told it would be looked into. After that there was no reply at all. Never will i be ordering anything from the website again.

The customer service is awful! Had an item missing from my order and emailed them again and again. They ignored me for three months and then sent an email back to say that the time period for a claim had passed. This was because they ignored multiple attempts at contact. Will never order again!

Avoid purchasing from this company because if you do need to return items its a very long time to wait until you receive payment back. I returned a dress on the 3rd September and we are now on the 18th September, 15 days down the line, and still no money has been received. I have emailed customer service several times and again today, lets see when i get the money back. There are similar website that can be used for similar items and refund are received without any delays............i.e Boohoo ....and you also need to pay to return all items......

I made my order on the 7th August, they received my returns on the 15th of August yet we are now the 5th of September and I still haven’t received my refund! I have emailed at least 5 times and the past 3 times I have been ignored!! I have ordered from misspap in the past and have had issues most times. Not refunding when you have sent a confirmation email to say you received the items is completely unacceptable! There isn’t even a place I can make a complaint it all just goes to the same team dealing with orders so I will leave this review wherever you can see it till my issue is resolved!

Worst online shop ever! Paid for next day delivery and it’s been almost a week and haven’t received it yet! Poor customer service Spend your money elsewhere !
