“With in a span of 10 Min of us leaving a feedback we get feedbacks from Microdream how is feedback system being misused reviews need to look into this and either remove microdream for misusing the system. “Do not trust or supply any items to Microdream or a dream will turn into a nightmare. Threatening and unpolite attitude towards their suppliers. Microdream has been our customer for quite a few months however it has come at a cost. We supplied 50 Screens to Microdream for 26 plus vat not £ 50 plus as claimed by the company (a complete false claim) They buy laptop screens for their laptops they sell to their customers. They want to buy cheap LCD and expect them to be A Grade tested and do not want to pay the extra to cover the costs. Also do take care when Microdream send the goods back as RMA as they may be not belonging to you but from other suppliers who they themselves are not aware of hence the reason we barcode all items we send out. Dead pixels policy: commonly accepted industry standards regarding dead pixels display up to 2 dead pixels is within industry standards and therefore considered acceptable Wikipedia about dead pixels dead pixels does not indicate the quality of the LCD screen possibility of having dead pixels comes as part of the technology of making LCD screens, and major manufacturers do not consider 2-5 dead pixels as a defect that is sufficient enough to scrap the laptop display”

“Laptop condition looks as good as new. Delivery fast arrived 3 days before estimated date.Soon up and running and I haven't a clue.All working as it should.Folks at Microdreams very helpful.Purchased via Amazon, whole transaction seamless. Already recommended to a friend Many thanks”

“Outstanding service, great packaging, impressive, and the offers available leaflets in the package :) Unfortunately, lol i dont drink alcohol/wines so the voucher of wine/alcohol no good to me, can you offer me equivilant money of on my near future orders instead of £70 wine/alcohol voucher?”

“Great website for narrowing down our search for the laptop we wanted. Ordering andpaying was straightforward. We opted for free delivery and about 3 days later a link to tracking information. It arrvied 3 or 4 days later exactly in the middleof the time window we were given. The laptop? Excellent value for money. I could never have found exactly what i wanted on ebay/gumtree etc but MicroDreamLtd delivered in full.”

“Even to Germany ship this company very well. Good price, rare part of Dell, professionally packaged. They themselves were fast. very fast. Only the legendary "Royal Mail" (Air Mail sticker - not by Horse Post) took a week.. In short; You can shop there without hesitation.”
