“Tv broke just before xmas and found one at Martin Dawes. Although not the set i chose the replacement was as good if not better and delivered within 2 days so very happy and thank you.”

“I purchased a OLED TV after looking around the market, Martin Dawes matched the best price I could find. They delivered the TV with 2 working days. After I had bought the TV I noticed they had a promotional code offer which I missed when placing order. I phoned them up and they agreed to allow the additional discount. Following this I bought a second TV from them. Good Service both from shop and online..”

“Very good service, I don't remember seeing a tracking number only that my TV had been dispatched via a courier. Would of been nice to see when it was arriving. Other than that, very good and would use again.”

“Firstly I am really happy with my tumble dryer. Secondly, the teams in the website and customer services were ace. They communicated on every step of a mix up with the colour of my product. They emailed and responded promptly and did all that was necessary to make me feel they were on board with the probleme and sorted it. Great business.”

“Easy to buy online. Delivery was overdue but they phoned me before I phoned them which was reassuring. Delivery Co. (TNT) had returned TV to them for no reason. TV arrived a few days later wrongly addressed which might explain why TNT returned it earlier.”
