“I purchased a gift online for my mum. The website was great - very easy to find items and their colours or sizes that I wanted. Pictures gave a great idea of how the product looks like. Also I was very happy that they offered a gift shipping without the price details on the packaging etc. There was free option to collect it from any of their shops instead of shipping. It was basically hassle free. I would highly recommend shopping in their online shop - much more choice in terms of sizes that in their physical store.”

“Several times a year I put in an online order at M&S for the kids school clothes. I just did an order today and was so greatful that I know the quality and sizes will be correct as well as they always have the sizes I need available. The kids hate shopping for clothes so it's great that I order in their favorite school clothing items and know I'll be getting exactly what I need. It's a blessing for us all!! `”

“M and S have made it as easy to shop online as pop into the store. The delivery was very fast, within 3 days. All paper work was sent over email. Absolutely delighted with my purchase. Will most certainly use them again.”

“M&S Large Appliances is just a front for DRL (as is Boots, B&Q etc) They accepted my order, took the money, confirmed delivery Then a couple of days before delivery was due got a message saying its had been delayed a month. Sound familiar? John Mallory - Unbeatable.co.uk”
