“Bed was delivered on time and to the room, even though it was difficult to get the mattress up the stairs. It was fully assembled quickly and correctly. Good value for money and a great service, saving me a lot of bother and time.”

“I went to M&S for a bra and was invited to try on what I'd chosen from the shelf. The saleslady then offered to measure me and provided a number of similar garments to try on in order to ensure I got the correct size. This was really helpful as I learned a lot from her that day. I was so pleased with the bra I eventually bought, I ordered two more a week later. This was a good shopping experience..”

“I ordered a pair of shoes online, they were delivered within two days and as soon as I looked at them they were the wrong colour. I took them back to the store and was given a refund with no questions. Fantastic customer service”

“I have recently ordered on line a dress that is very comfortable & was just what I was looking for in an occasion dress & is very much on the seasons trend!! Their delivery is always when they say & you are kept well informed as to your parcels whereabouts! If an item has to be returned it's an easy process whether it be direct to store or post. I would always recommend M&S.”
