Been waiting 6 months now and no end in sight. DO NOT Use this company as I am now sure they are fraudulant!!!

Would not even rate as a one star. This company has kept our money for our flights even though the airline has refunded them (the airline provided confirmation). When we contacted Lyca Fly they initially said they had refunded but the monies had clearly not been transferred. When confronted with this they claimed it a communication error. Have been cashing for weeks and still not had our money back "hopefully you will get this by the end of the month". Not even a guarantee and then blamed covid cases in office when they have blatantly told me that their "accountant" isn't based in the same office. PURE LIES. Will be taking this further legally and publicly

DO NOT Trust them. They will book you for the ticket and wont be issue the ticket saying it is not available. They will then take that money and give you another cheaper ticket for same price. Just got scammed for £200

It's been 231 days since our flight which we booked through LycaFly was cancelled, and we've still not received a penny of it. Their 'customer service' is non-existent so I took to Tweeting them to beg for help. They then blocked me. (It'd be funny if it wasn't so irritating!) I managed to find the MD's contact details early on and have been emailing him constantly. To be fair, he usually replies quite quickly but just blames the whole situation on the airline (despite the airline saying that Lycafly needs to contact them to sort it out) and doesn't offer any real help. The fact that Lycafly didn't even think about submitting a refund request to the airline until almost 3 months after our flight was cancelled, didn't really help. All in all, they've been utterly unhelpful and we have zero expectation of ever getting our £1,700 back whilst they're supposedly dealing with it. We had other flights cancelled which we booked through Opodo and BudgetAir. Both of those companies proactively applied for our refunds without us having to hassle them, and we were refunded within a matter of weeks. It has now been eight months and Lycafly just keep fobbing us off. My advice? NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

I asked for my refund for tickets booked March 2020 guess what Gurpit said I have to wait two months. For what for me to die of virus, lycafly I paid cash when I booked now I want my money. People learn from other customers mistakes stay away from this company. bharatpa

My name is RAJWANT singh from peterborough. I want tell you all my brothers and sisters. Don't use lyca fly company. They froud.they big layer. They shouldn't be in UK base.i don't know who provided the atol licence for them.we r two passengers waiting for us refund money from last 8 month. They don't refuse. Every week we try to ring lyca fly. They have only one excuse we r still dealing your case.plz plz plz don't support this travel agency my no is 07966097528

I am unable to get my refund for cancelled flight which was cancelled over 6 months ago. Scammers! Avoid LycaFly! They lie blaming British Airways for delays in paying refunds. I spoken with British Airways they denied their involvement in refund policy with LycaFly. Scammers!!!! They took my refund money for £338 flight!

Scammers! Avoid! They are not paying my refund from cancelled flight over 6 months ago. They lie, they keep blaming British Airways for refund delay. I have spoken with British Airways and they stated that they have nothing to do with processing refunds for customers that booked via travel agency! LycaFly refuse to pay my money back! LycaFly are thieves! I lost refund for flight that cost £338

PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS ABOUT DEMI & ANTONY PUFFIYA'S TEAM INDIAN SCAM CALL CENTERS, PLEASE BE CAREFUL, THEY ARE NOT 100% LEGIT. ONCE AFTER THEY CHARGE YOUR MONEY THEY WILL DISAPPEAR.THEY WILL NOT PICK YOUR CALLS AND REPLY YOUR EMAIL. please dont make any payments by your card or online,. your card details will be published among their scam team. They snitched almost £525 from my bank card.

I wouldn't give any stars If i could, I've been waiting since march too 5 months for a refund. However dont believe them when they say waiting for the airline, I have written evidence with transaction number confirmation that the airline refunded my money to lycafly on the 29th July. I sent them this information in email and still not recieved my money back. I believe the company are committing theft, I spoke to someone on the phone & before they even had my booking details they called the airline liars, what a unprofessional company this is. I have had no choice but to get a lawyer and they have recorded everything, even the conversation I've had with them. Please do not use this company

Absolutely awful service. waiting for a refund since March for Sri Lanka flights. Was told 6-8 weeks then 10 weeks for refund to be paid, it is now 18 weeks absolutely awful. just want my money back its ridiculous, Cannot speak with anyone on the phone. Trying to get proof that refund has been placed without no success. Keep on blaming airline for not making refund. I keep asking how long do we wait for. Awful customer service would never use these again. just want back what is mine !!!!!

DISGUSTING SERVICE!! If you paid by credit card then contact them asap and ask them to start a charge back. You are entitled to a FULL REFUND and do NOT have to accept a travel voucher. They tried their best to fob me off but I got my refund in the end. It will take numerous weeks but well worth it.

was meant to fly to Sri Lanka in Feb and am still waiting for my refund nearly 6 months later, my point of contact Sethi Pooja just keeps saying they have the money from the airline and are waiting for the finance department to send it on, this has been going on for months. Now not even replying!!!

I have been waiting for a refund from Lyca Fly since late March when my flight to the Philippines scheduled for April was cancelled. I have over 18 emails back and forward from the rep Himanshu Wadhwa. He confirmed that Lyca Fly had been given the refund money from Philippine Airlines over 2 months ago and said I would receive it within 7-10 days. Every single week I have followed up asking for an update of when I will receive my money. He is now no longer replying. This is an absolute disgrace.

Don’t use them. They will not refund your money. On top of that customer services is rubbish.They keep lying to customers. Go and check their twitter account too full of complains. Its been six month and i haven't received my return yet. They will not answer you email or will never call you back. So please spread the message and save other people money.

I wish there was half stars option for review. My flight was cancelled in April and I ask for refund, they said I have to wait for 6-8 weeks, they have to get fund back from airline! Didn’t get anything after 9 weeks And then I was told I have wait up to 10 weeks. it's been 13 weeks and I am yet to receive a penny, since 12th of April chasing them on emails but nothing! So disappointed. don’t book your holiday with them, don’t waste your time and money.

I will keep this short. I had all sorts of grief trying to get a full refund. I was told I would have to have a travel voucher. After numerous emails to an unhelpful female at Lycafly, I contacted my credit card company. So if you want a refund it is LAW and you are entitled to it. You do NOT have to accept a voucher. Contact your card provider and they will send you a form. Fill and return. You will have to wait six weeks plus but you WILL get your refund.
