They’ll then give you a 14 day free trial and start charging you £8.99 monthly since they have your card details!! Then when you email asking for your money back they’ll put the blame on you and refuse!! Awful customer service and awful site.”

Met het bestellen van 1 product krijg je automatisch een lidmaatschap. Klantendienst zegt dat er overal duidelijk vermeld staat, maar dat is dus niet waar. Door de algemene voorwaarden aan te vinken krijg je een abonnement. Laat ons eerlijk zijn, wie leest nu de algemene voorwaarden van zoveel pagina's? Ik weet niet in hoever dat dit wettelijk is. Niemand mag jou een domiciliëring aansluiten zonder eerst: een identiteitskaart, jou rekeningnummer, handtekening, DUIDELIJKE toestemming te vragen! Bij het stopzetten van u abonnement, krijg je een 'boete' van 30-50 euro(ze bepalen zelf, zomaar) via collect masters (die NERGENS bereikbaar zijn). Dat gebeurt maanden later na jou eerste bestelling! Dus mensen, jullie mogen zelf bepalen: is dat waard?! Ik heb voor een product van 8 euro, in totaal tot nu toe 58 euro betaald!!! En HOPELIJK gaan ze stoppen om mij te bedreigen want dan zal ik genoodzaakt zijn om juridische stappen te zetten.”

Je wordt opeens een lid van luxplus en elke maand wordt 8,95€ afgeschreven van je bankrekening voor de lidmaatschap waar je niets van wist.
Ik zie dat veel mensen daar ingetrapt zijn.
Dus goed opletten of ergens lidmaatschap stiekem aangevinkt staat als je iets bij luxplus iets koopt!”

“Order was delivered November 2023 . 2 payments taken in November 2023 1 l was aware of the 2nd I didn’t see it go out of my account. Another payment went out December and January when l noticed the January one l contacted them demanded for my money back and a stop of those charges and they can not give me a refund which l just left and I requested to cancel the subscription going forward and they told me that the subscription was told it will be terminated and it will end in February from there no payments will be taken, this information was given to me in January and now April they just tried to scam me another subscription money. Watch out. This company apparently sneaks in membership for free for a short period and charge £8.99 monthly (next month) Refunds are prohibited by the company and only identified with a INT in your bank transactions. No cashback either. Their concept as follows:- There is no correspondence with membership offers, notifications, etc. There is no end date to membership. They don't provide refunds over 14 days. That's is a break on online law as it should be 28 days.”

I am absolutely sure there was no clear information about any membership program when I bought my item!!! They might have it in some places on the website but in tiny writing and where you would not typically go or read!!! Literally had £8.99 taken from my account this morning and when immediately going to cancel this so called membership, it was a bit long winded. Fraudulent in my mind. AVOID AVOID AVOID
