a company without a phone number or an address. would you take the risk ? Ive took it, and it happen that my flight was cancelled. guess what ? no phone number to contact, no address, just an email which they say it will repsond in 72 hours. shocking, never again !!! how can this company legally exists without a phone number ????

Cette société n'est pas honnête, nous avons réglé 80e le 14.10 pour notre parking. Nous N'AVONS JAMAIS reçu les emails de confirmation, après contact avec Ryanair, la même.... Nous avons décollés le 24.10 et avons du reprendre un ticket pour mettre notre voiture au parking. Et là, magie, nous recevons un mail à 14h alors que nous sommes déjà à Helsinki avec les codes . Nous les informons que nous ne sommes donc pas sur le bon parking, puisque nous n'avons rien reçu. Ils ne peuvent rien faire , il faut régler à nouveau le parking pour sortir notre véhicule. Si nous n'avons pas de solution d'ici vendredi nous verrons avec notre banque ce qui est possible contre cette société, car à lire les avis sur Google, TripAdvisor ect nous ne sommes pas seuls

Paid my money, did not turn up, had to make other urgent plans for my car Tried several times to get a refund They are just ignoring me emails DO NOT USE THEM EVER..........money grabbing grubs

Do not use this company, booked and was now ready for airport in a few days time. only to discover when we arrived at chosen carpark they said we weren't booked in.bearing in mind you have limited time prior to flight this left us to find alternative parking .First 2 parking full and this left us no chose to go into a carpark at airport that cost 176 pounds. A massive bill to us . As it turned out the same day we bookined through looking4parking they cancelled the same day. What is the point of ghis greedy company they don't care about your airport situation just there money. No way to treat customers. Will never use again and I would urge other to only book directly with carpark.

Don't use this company to book your parking. Go direct to the car park operators. This company robs you. We booked with them for Flying Scot car park. Unfortunately our flight was cancelled on 16/09/2022 due to France Airport Controllers going on strike for 24 hours. so when I asked for a refund I was refused pointblank. We would have re-booked when we were given another holiday, probably within the next few days. We are pensioners so because we lost money we will go directly to the car park operator at least they give you a voucher under these circumstances. So beware if you have any travel disruptions they have no mercy.

I booked something and then 1 minute after I did I realised it was the wrong thing. I contacted this company and the car parking business within 5 minutes of booking to note them of this and to get a refund. They weren't willing to refund my money and literally did nothing but yet still took my money! No customer service at all or consideration for honest mistakes.

Absolute nightmare to deal with don't use them. Paid for meet and greet at Luton Airport, no confirmation email received detailing telephone numbers required for the service. No contact telephone number for the customer service department just email. I have had to pay for parking elsewhere and I am currently trying to claim my money back via PayPal.

Used this company. Driver constantly phoned asking why I was late. (Road works) After picking up the car 117 miles extra on the clock. Passages sit moved forward. Child locks used. Only reason for move seat forward to allow for child seat in the back. I take the car had be used

I, and many others, rang on landing, (11 times for me) as requested, for our cars to be brought to the relevant car park. Cutting a very long story short, our collective calls were cut off midstream, the man on the phone swore unreservedly to customers and cut their calls. It took 4.5 hours for many cars to be brought to us, despite constant asking of drivers picking up other vehicles, to take our reg numbers and find our cars. The swearing man eventually went home, leaving the next one to clear a 2 hour backlog! I won't be using them again1

I paid £210 to use 'Looking4Parking Priority Meet & Greet' and went through 'Top cashback' to get 30% back, but have not recieved anything as Looking4parking said I didn't go through Top cashback. I know I did as I use Top cashback all the time and certainly would have gone through them. So will try finding another company in the future

I Booked Meet And Greet Stansted Airport , I Arrived Back Today 9th July , Only To Find A Broken Interior Rear View mirror On The Floor , I Would Have Expected Some Sort Of Communication From The Reception Staff Explaining What Had Happened , But There Was Nothing Mentioned.. I Would Have A Thought If Something Was Damaged At The Very Least An Apology But No Mention .. So I Definitely Will Not Be Booking With - Looking4 Parking.com Ever Again , Completely Un Professional Service Very Annoyed !! ..I AwaitYour Response!!!..

Called to advise we would be at car collection meet and greet point to be told its cancelled as yard is closed !!!!!!!! This was at 2.30 AM with 3 young children sleeping in the back of my car.... Offered no solution and was totally disinterested in our situation..... No cancellation email received and cannot contact anybody regarding a 55.00 refund.... AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!

Booked parking via Ryanair, never received a confirmation email. Tried several times to get in touch via email as the phone number does not connect. Had to pay for parking via Travel Counsellors which was perfect. I have now been told they can’t find my booking so I will get no refund.

Looking 4 parking avoid, avoid, avoid! is a scam company. Not clear regarding charges when you park with a van. When you buy a parking permit it sounds like airport parking but is not and is tricky to find, but mainly after you buy a permit you will receive an email saying you can't park with a van or pay extra £10/day. They are not very clear and have hidden charges.. Never happened with other companies. In the end they were the most expensive with EXTRA CHARGES... On top of that they WARNED ME they are closed between midnight and 4am(this was as well surprise after purchase ticket in the email..), so I was a bit stressed how we will manage when we landing at 23:00, but we managed in time and when lady collect us from airport i asked her what happen if we come later how we will manage to go collect van, I asked TAXI??, but she said they closed but they collecting clients so I was a bit confused. Things not clear, seems a bit dodgy. At last when you come to the drop van there you find out that this is not "LOOKING4PARKING, but CSL and they charged me this £10/day for all days extra..., they said I can claim from looking4parking money from there.... At last I had from Purple Parking price £89.99 (always all good with them and always cheapest) and £84.99 with looking4parking.. so I said hm ok someone new and as well parking on airport(as was psychologically written-but "near airport, but not parking part of airport as through Purple Parking) so I said I will try.. but to stressful experience+before final payment come "booking fee extra £3.00 so at the end they been just £2 cheaper before they charge me on parking spot another £40 for 4 days because of van. It was my 1st and last time with them, next time Purple Parking. Never had a problem with purple parking and the airport shuttle bus takes you to their parking. at last Regarding van you will find out in email and after booking not before. With cars I will avoid them too, for reasons explained above, purple parking open nonstop and no this and that.., otherwise strong nerves especially if you are in a hurry to the airport like me and couldn't find their place "looking4parking" is sh.t....!In the confirmation email you will find out as well another charge for transfer from parking to airport £1.00 per person each way..., luckily they didn't charge, if they forgot or stopped charging because people complained? I dont know... LONDON STANSTEAD AIRPORT experience

Used Looking4Parking for Luton Airport 2nd May 2022 - Great service, quick and easy to book, straight forward process. Also, on the way back my flight was delayed for hour and a half, and I was worried that I will incur extra charges, as I booked car collection for an earlier time, no issue at all, called them when I passed passport control and they advised the car will be ready to collect in 10 minutes. Will book again.

Never ever book with this company. Upon pick up of the car the driver handed over the key and pretty much disappeared. This did not give us the chance to ask him about the bag of change (£10) that was STOLEN from the car, or the scratch on the side. When we rang to complain we were told they take no liability and hung up. I have no idea why Gatwick let this company operate on their premises, they are beyond belief.

Avoid ! I paid £65 for meet and greet parking - but got charged another £5 to leave Edinburgh airport - no mention of this - their terms actually said nothing else to pay . Looking4.com web site gives no way of raising a complaint
