Same as other customers. Their site doesn’t recognise the order number or my email so I can’t ask for a refund. I’m stuck with bathers that don’t fit and I can’t get a refund.

Now, that LTS has been taken over by another company, it literally cost me TWENTY BUCKS to try on a dress and send it back. The dress, NOT as pictured, is, as has become usual with their clothes, hideous. Their customer service has gone straight down hill in the past few years. It's all online, bots and boxes and pure frustration. I get sucked in, like, once a year, because I'm tall and sometimes desperate for clothes, but it's always a sucker punch with them. Poor quality, ZERO taste, and ZERO customer service. Again 20 bucks to try on a dress. Pathetic.

Same experience as everyone else--no refund on the return sent more than a month ago--bad customer service---they asked for my tracking information (which stated that they received the package almost a month ago) which I sent. I've now been ghosted. I'd be better off to take my cash and burn it for warmth then to do business with them. One star because I can't go lower.

Ordered 4 items 2 I need to send back. Been trying to do online return, which states simple and easy! What a joke my order # and my email address does not come up in their files! Funny it does when they sent me my invoice with order # they gave me!! Very dissatisfied and stuck with $130 worth of clothes that don’t fit. Won’t ever order from them again, definitely not the company I dealt w for many past years!

Really poor quality clothing since being taken over. It used to be reliable and guaranteed excellent quality. I bought some jumpers recently which bobbled after just 2 washes. Terrible quality, over-priced and so disappointing:(

I miss original LTS which was consistently good quality, dependable length. My experience since the take over isn't good nor that of my friends. Ordered a dress which wasn't long enough, thin unflattering material. I won't order again. Instead I'm buying original LTS on eBay.

I have experienced the same issues with returns in Canada. Big flash on the screen, We Ship to Canada! (but we don't really want it back) Purchased poor quallity items that I tried to return. The site says it can't recognize your order number. I finally found another way to go into the site for returns. They ship out your product for 15.00 then want 45.00 to return it and you have to accept the terms and charge before you hit send. You can send them back at your expense but Global E does not give you a return address. TERRIBLE Service. Don't order from here. I have odered product at American Tall if anyone is interested. 9.00 shipping each way.

Late 2022 something has gone very wrong with this company . I ordered 3 pairs of identical black jeans size 14 and two pairs of 16. The quality is very poor and the smell of the dye is horrendous. One pair of 16;s the zip wouldn't stay up but the fit was great - these were returned. the second pair of 16;s were very undersized and much closer to a 14. Again the smell was terrible and the dye that came out was shocking. DON'T wash with anything else. I m still waiting for a refund.

Having returned merchandise that according to the post office was received, (Your item was delivered to an individual at the address at 11:44 am on December 19, 2022 in ROSELLE, IL 60172.) This company is claiming they have not received it and are delaying my refund. Very poor customer service.

Hi I been a customer with tall girl which is now long tall sally for 25 years, my recent purchase was a sweater , when I got it there was a hole at the front and the size was too big . As stated on the website that the return are easier by doing or on your own but when I returned the sweater the shipping cost was almost the same of the sweater. I email customer service and this is what they said they cannot do anything. For all the customers in Canada if you are not sure don’t buy the return is bad. I cannot give away the sweater or even wear it. The quality is so bad and the price is going up. What a ripoff from this company .

The original LTS sold lovely clothing, always as described and always very good quality. I wore a pair of 'original' jeans a couple of days ago and had forgotten just how nice they were. Beautiful fabric, well designed and well made. Since the new management the quality has been poor, even for £70+ jeans and my biggest bug-bear the jeans described as 'boot leg' are in fact straight leg - no wider at the ankle than the knee. Very sad

I ordered a shacket from LTS. When it finally arrived, it was beautiful, but they sent the wrong size and it is way too big for me. Due to the fact LTS sent me the wrong size, I emailed customer service for a free return (normally, they charge $20.00) which is what their site says to do in case of error or defective items. I received a case number... then nothing. I've replied to them over and over... even started a new conversation... and can't get any further response. This has been since 11/29/22! Absolutely the worst customer service EVER and as a result, I won't be buying from LTS any more.

Very deceiving company. They clearly state that return are accepted. I have been defrauded by 380.00 dollars. We need to go public and make them well-known for the scammers they are.

Very unhappy with Long Tall Sally (LTS). I wanted to purchase some leggings but because my waist and hip sizes fell between two USA sizes, I requested help on what size to order. A ticket number was assigned by LTS but no one ever got in touch with me so I had to guess size to order as I wanted leggings for the holiday. When leggings arrived I determined they were two sizes too large so I reached out for help on return and exchange. They told me I would have to pay for the international cost to return the ones too large. I am very unhappy about this because had someone actually responded to the ticket number THEY assigned to help me on this I might not be in the situation I am now. I am NOT willing to pay international cost to return. And when dealing with on-line support on this matter twice, they ended conversation both times so I had to reinitiate to continue with it. In the end I want to say I will NEVER buy from LTS again and I will never speak in good terms about them to others. You are not customer oriented at all.

Wish I had read reviews before I ordered a £64 jacket, my parcel was not recieved, almost impossible to talk to anyone, emails not helpful, it's a really bad company

Although package came quickly, item was extremely badly packaged. Clothing hanging out of unsealed inner plastic. The yellowed sellotape supposed to seal it was undone,and stuck to the fleece item Luckily I carefully managed to remove it,but I have never received anything in the post so badly wrapped. ....Hope it wasn't a previously returned item. I will never buy from this company again. Wish I had read the reviews first

I received a pair of pants of the worst quality I have ever seen. I am shocked that LTS, a company I used to rely on for high quality garments, not only charged over 50 dollars for these pants, but even had them on their website at all. In addition, I cannot return them without paying for postage to the UK that will cost me more than the pants are actually worth. These pants are so terrible, I will not even donate them.

I returned items in September. I have emailed them at least 5 or more times and no reply from them accept we will get back to you. I have been made tons of purchases from them in the past had good service however now I am out of over $200 because they can not even bother to track my package or help me with this situation. Just horrible!!!!

Actually, not even a one. 0 out of 5 LTS. All these years I have been using LTS and now for the FIRST time I want to return some items (I used their online measurement guide and it is way out). What I was sent was 2 sizes to big from what I measured. Since 5/10/2022 I have been trying to return 3 x items and because I am a "international" customer the normal process would not work. Someone was going to contact me within 24 hours and today (17/11/2022) I still haven't had contact from anybody!!! LTS, reply to my GE2804400660 & GE2843118016 contact. VERY DISSAPPOINTED!

I didn't look at reviews of this company prior to purchasing and I regret it. My package said it was delivered a couple days before it was expected to be so I was excited, but questioned it since there was no updates on the shipping website. Just to arrive home and the package is nowhere to be found. Checked with my neighbors, checked with the post office, nobody had the package. My mail man said he didn't even have any packages for me that day. I reached out to customer service and after a 3 week delay, they responded with asking me to look at my neighbors, which I said in my original request. Then they asked me to fill out an honor statement on 07/10/22. They responded YESTERDAY (11/10/22) telling me they couldn't do anything about it. They don't offer package/shipment insurance and they aren't willing to right the wrong that I didn't get the $100+ worth of clothes I ordered.
