“I contacted LocalPlumber-UK to take a look at a hot water pressure issue that two previous plumbers (from different local companies) had failed to fix. They sent a plumber around the same day and he arrived promptly within the given timescales. Ricky was quick to identify the issue, and although it was a larger job than he has anticipated, he agreed to fix it immediately. Despite having to go and collect extra parts, the job was completely in just over an hour and we now have great water pressure! Ricky was very friendly and kept me fully informed on the issue and required resolution. I would definitely use LocalPlumber-UK again and would not hesitate in recommending them.”

“Phoned late morning panicking after my husband tried a failed to do the job! Within a few hours Ricky arrived. What a polite friendly guy he was, explained all what he was doing. Was told over the phone the pricing so there was no shocks. Would highly recommended this company.”

“Hired to install a large Wren kitchen as an urgent job. Quoted, hired and job started in less than a month which was great compared to other installers (including Wren) who said they could not start for months. Stuart was not only efficient, but was approachable and thoroughly discussed all issues with me before proceeding, and there were quite a few issues thanks to the flawed design by Wren. Some parts of the kitchen were missing, but Stuart made time to return to my property weeks after it was suppose to be done to complete it fully after the missing pieces had been delivered. Also installed all appliances, including 2x ovens, 5-burner gas hob, down draft extractor, plumbed in washing machine, dishwasher, water/ice maker on fridge/freezer and sink. Thanks Stuart for being one of the few good experiences throughout this whole project - 100% would hire again (and plan to!)”

“Jeff arrived punctual at the time allotted, he walked round the jobs and was genuine and trustworthy informing me what needed done and what the cost would be. There were neuroses at the end and the work was done efficiently and to a high standard.”

“The speed of response is excellent, I was offered the same day or the next day. It was RICKY that came to fix my toilet, he was amazing and instantly knew what the problem was and fixed it in about 20 minutes, he was extremely clean and tidy and a really nice young man. There are no hidden charges it is just the £99 quoted plus any parts needed plus VAT. I would certainly recommend them and definitely use them again with any plumbing problems.”
