“Ordered six wall lights on Saturday. Delivered on Thursday! Brilliant! Even delivery time was given to an hour slot. Really happy with personal friendly service when calling them. Would recommend Lighting by Paul wholeheartedly. Thanks.”

“I sent an email yesterday - Sunday 15th November - re: glass fronts on lights not fitting properly. I was unable to attach the photos to the Complaint Form as it said that no file was found, so I sent the photos via email to Paul Lighting. I have not heard back as yet with regards to the replacements and for this I am not impressed and utterly disappointed as my lights look ridiculous on the walls of my lounge. When am I going to get a reply????????”

“I ordered the Searchlight Hammered 1 Light Ceiling Pendant Shiny Nickel and it came extremely quickly. They emailed me immediately and kept me informed exactly when it would be delivered. The light is amazing and I can't wait to put it up! I would definately order from this company again”

“Centre Light not as good as expected. We thought it would totally match the Wall fittings shade and spread of Light but the spread is not quite right. Now the wall Lights are fantastic and we are so pleased with them. A real Gem of a find.”

“The lights were received on the stated date ,and this was even with a last minute change to the delivery address. The courier company were marvellous. “Purchased two Franklite FL2162/3 Twister 3 light crystal ceiling lights. Products were delivered promptly and very well packed. The lights are good quality, came with detailed easy to follow instructions on how to install, installation very straight forward. Very pleased.”

We were able to get your contact details from the showhouse at Seaton and your sales personnel were extremely helpful in assisting me with the purchase. “Very quick & polite service. Great communication and was very pleased to have an hour delivery slot with regular updates. The lights were perhaps not the absolute top quality but since they were a good price I'm satisfied they were very good value. Recommended, would definitely use again.”

“Lights arrived very quickly and well packaged. My only comment would be that the glass globes for the lights vary in thickness which surprised me although I doubt you'll tell once they are up . I even weighed them as they seemed so different in weight when I was checking them and the variation could be as much as 40-50g. They look lovely and I'm looking forward to seeing them on my wall and ceiling!”
