"My Heart Is Bleeding!!!\r\nI searched around found the cheapest MOT \u00a330 with Kwik Fit, at the end I spent just under \u00a31000!!!\r\nTheir service was no problems, but I spent too much, I am broke !\r\n\r\nI have tried to book for a cheapest MOT of \u00a330 then I found Qwik Fit, then they suggested on the website said doing MOT and a Full Service would safe money, and then I went for MOT and Full Service. My car is MINI Cooper 2017 which is quick new with a very lower mileage when my late husband bought it two years ago. After I took the car in, they call me said my brake had serious problems, and my car has a lot of other problems too, brake must be changed, otherwise will be so danger for my safety, I agreed it was danger for me. At last,costed me just under \u00a31000.00! And they were very kind to give me \u00a314 discount back. \r\n\r\nI have checked on google, the parts for the car they changed for me are quick cheap online, does any one can tell me whether mini cooper has special part much more expensive than others showed online?\r\n\r\nAnd my car is quite new, and it has never had any badly collision. We bought from a BMW mini cooper proper dealer garage in Yovil. \r\n\r\nI am unemployed, can't find a job, jobs everywhere i saw, no one wanted to give me a job. I am ill since my husband die and waiting for a surgery, I worked so hard for selling my husband's old things for my daily living, in 3 and 4 months I made nearly \u00a31000, which needs to deduct the patrol costs, the postage, wrapping materials, I don't know how much left. I've never bought a burger, a cup of tea from the Carboots sell, always brought some my own food or starving waiting to be back home cook for myself. We have a house for sale but haven't got a penny from it, even when i get it, I will share the founds with step daughter and sons. But I have to spend my own saving for a four bedroom house which I only need a room, or even a bed.\r\n\r\nThe thing is: did this car really need to change everything and spent that such a large lump of bills?\r\n\r\nMaybe people think why I drive a good car. Because my husband had carcer, needed me to take him very far away for his chemotherapys, that was why he bought a very reliable car, with the lowest mileage on the market at that time incase the car had problems, disrupted me to take him to hospital immediately for his bleeding as well. So my car I can see is quite reliable.\r\n\r\nI will attach my bill here, hope some kind of people could help me check whether they overcharged me for the units."

"Kwikfit - Charles st, LEICESTER - Worst experience ever\r\nWorst experience ever. You get better service from those tyre places next to a car wash!!!\r\nThe reception is probably the dirtiest I've ever seen in a place!\r\nSo many dead flies and insects all along the window cil, so many spider webs every where.\r\nI had to wait in this kind of reception area!!\r\nWILL NEVER USE AGAIN.\r\n\r\nHad a puncture on monday night.\r\nCalled kwickfit to see if I can get mobile unit out they said earliest would be friday!\r\nIf I take it into a centre, charles st, earliest is Wednesday if its booked in.\r\nIf I just took it in without an appointment I would have to wait around and see if and when they can fit me in.\r\nSo I chose the booked in option.\r\n\r\nAppointment booked for 11.30 for a tyre replacement \/ repair.\r\nGot there and the branch manager said leave me your keys and it will be done in an hour !!!\r\n\r\nWhat was the point for an appointment if I had to wait around ? I would have been better of just taking it into them on tuesday - I still would have been waiting around.\r\n\r\nAn hour is up and he comes to me and says: compressor machine has stopped working, I cant fill air into the tyre! His staff (the only staff member that was there with him) has to take my tyre to abbey lane kwick fit to put air and ballance the wheel.\r\n\r\n45 mins later = 1:15pm, the branch manager sitting at the desk just shouts! your good to go!\r\nMy keys were just left on the other side of the desk, and I just happen to see them!\r\n\r\nNo apology, no explanation as to what work has been done, wether it was a tyre replacement or if it was a repair.\r\nNo thank you, No paper work, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.\r\n\r\nAs I about to walk out of reception his colleague says if the tyre pressure light is still on give me a shout I'll sort it.\r\n\r\nI start my car reverse it and the light is still on, so I call him over and tell him the lights still on,\r\nHe replies = well how far have you driven!\r\nI was confused and asked what do you mean, I just reversed the car.\r\nHe then replies = did Mercedes not teach you how to use your car!\r\nI said no and he replied saying well you need to speak to Mercedes service team to show you things!\r\nHe re-set the tyre pressure light, while he was being rude and sarcastic to me.\r\n\r\nI asked for his name and his boss name since it was only 2 of them, and he gave me the names and abruptly said why have you got a problem? I replied yes, the customer service is absolutley shocking and the experience is horrific, that's why.\r\n\r\nHe then replies- I took your tyre in my own vehicle to abbey lane to get it sorted I dont know what's anymore customer experience than that!!!\r\nWOW!!\r\n\r\nI just like to point out a few extra bits:\r\n1) kwick-fit or the staff including the manager you are not doing me any favours.\r\n2) If you work on a car then it is your responsibility to re-set the menu \/ options.\r\nI.e if you take your car in for a service its the garage that would re-set the service menu!!\r\n3) You need to be put in a training room and be taught how to provide the basic level of customer service and manners.\r\n4) To be taught the bare minimum level of cleanliness \/ Hygiene (Dead flies, spider webs every where.\r\n\r\nI called the kwick fit customer service line and complaint about the lack of customer service and the experience I recieved - apprently i should recieve a phone call within 5 working days from the area manager after his \/ hers investigation!!.\r\nWhat good is a phone call going to be for me ??\r\n\r\nI have also notified and complained to the car fleet dealership who advised me to use kwick-fit in the event of a flat tyre, so that they also are aware of the shocking customer service kwick fit provide to their customers"
