“i purchased from this site several times. some orders were FAST, some orders were horrendous. due to this experience, this will be my last order from kingboost and will be going to G2G for all of my needs.
i made an order the other day and was told it would be delivered within 2 hours.
no problem.
2.5 hours go by, nothing.
i reach out to support for an ETA, they said to expect it within 5-6 hours.
i ask if its possible to send it to a toon of the opposing faction. they said if the order isn't received in 5-6 hours, they can absolutely do that.
6 hours goes by, nothing.
i inquire on the proposition and say id like for my other toon to receive the order.
they said no problem, it would take about 1 hour.
2 hours go by, nothing.
I reach out to support for an ETA, they gave me the run around about suppliers messing up.
i said no problem, i can wait.
2 hours go by, nothing.
i reach out to support.
more run around.
at this point i inquire for information on a refund.
they do not give me any information and just assure me the order is on the way.
i wait another 2 hours and finally tell them to just mail it to me.
they said they can do that and the order will be in the mail next time im on.
i wake up this morning, 8 hours later. nothing.
i am currently in discord with support demanding a refund and STILL getting the run around on not being provided information for a refund.
they offered to keep my order as a CREDIT!
no mf thank you.
prices are rising and would be LOSING the value of my order and would have to pay more for what i originally paid for.
take my advice, take your business to G2G.”
“Be aware. They randomly closed my account that still had credits on it (because they screwed up a previous order) and told me to just create a new one. The support on their website was anything except helpful or professional.”
