The lamp i purchased made an annoying beeping sound constantly which ruined my home cinema experience. Took ages to get a reply to my emails and eventually I returned the lamp but then they didn't do anything till I chased them loads of times. They refused to give a refund and instead sent back a replacement which arrived in the same box I had sent back to them and it still beeped, it was the same lamp!
Poor quality products and shockingly bad customer service, avoid at all costs.”
