“Customer service provided by Tony and Rose was personal, professional, prompt and efficient. Timescale from survey to installation - 2 weeks. My only concern - the new boiler was installed significantly lower than the old boiler (no longer concealed within the unit). Once highlighted,Tony immediately arranged for the boiler to be raised. The company worked well to improve the situation to ensure customer satisfaction and can be recommended for providing value and good customer service.”

“Keep Cosy were brilliant from start to finish, the initial survey was done by Tony, he was understanding and caring and had a lot of time for me and my sister, he didn't mind me taking up his time. Then Chris the installer was lovely, fantastic and very professional but also caring too. It was like going back to a time where companies actually care about their customers but also remain professional which Keep Cosy did through out. You don't often come across companies like that anymore. The boiler is fantastic too. Brilliant company”

“we was promised they would take all the pipes not needed away they didn`t they left a hole in my kitchen wall and pipes with two water tanks in my loft”

“My Boiler gave up the ghost nearly 8 weeks ago, being disabled and on benefits, I applied for a grant. I did have four company's in who gave me the cost that I would have to pay. I have to say I dealt with a ref Rose, and Sophie,who were truly excellent! Today I have a new boiler being fitted by very friendly and professional guys.I can say I have never dealt with a better company! Great staff, great prices... a pleasure to say this....well done! Alan Edon”

“What a wonderful team you have there at Keep Cosy, so helpful and pleasant. The quote you gave, as promised, beat the like for like quote I had. The installation was then arranged for the week after. The man who installed was lovely and cleaned up after himself. I am incredibly pleased with your company and will be using your Landlord Finance offer very soon! Thanks”

“Can I thank you all for a great service. We are really pleased with the quick response we had following my call to you, Tony coming to our home the same day, the speedy fitting of the boiler and radiators which avoided having to cope with no hot water and heating for very long in the cold weather and the fitters who although I didn't meet then my dad and husband described them as 'really nice lads' and completed a great job. Please pass my thanks on to all concerned. I have recommended your services already to family and will be in touch to arrange the ongoing servicing of the boiler.”

“The installers were very good I am still however waiting for them to return to remove a header tank which is still in the loft I have left several messages requesting this work to be completed but still waiting”

“This company was quick to respond, easy to deal with, and friendly. The installation of the new boiler was completed on time. The only complaint is that they gave instructions of how to control the heating to an 87 year old who couldn't understand them, and so she had to wait for a day without heat until a relative could help.”

“Had my new boiler installed six months ago. What a fantastic company to deal with. Very friendly, but not pushy. Good advice given relating to the whole process from start to finish. The whole team were very professional. Would highly recommended, and I've saved a fortune on my gas bill !!”

“7months pregnant & a month before Christmas...not the best time for my boiler to die. However Keep Cosy came out the same day to give me a competitive quote and I had a new boiler fitted by a great team in no time. Highly recommended with excellent customer care!!”

“Was visited by a member of staff on Saturday who gave us a competitive quote for a new boiler. Boiler fitted today (Monday). Excellent customer service. The man who fitted the boiler Chris, worked all day and did a super job. Thanks so much. A happy and warm customer ????????”

“Absolutely outstanding service! Was considering ringing up to congratulate on your level of service but then I got the chance to write this online review. From the initial booking from one of your collegues Rose to the home visit from Tony and then finally the instillation from Chris I can honestly say that I was so impressed with the efficiently , speed and level of customer service. These guys genuinely care about the customer. Highly recommend!”
