“I can not thank James enough for the help he has given me in my case of potentially a totting up ban. I got into contact with him through WhatsApp immediately at the beginning of the case and throughout he has excelled all my case to the end. And I got to keep my licence at the end. I know I wouldn't have done it without his help on my own. I'm going to name my self annonymous just because of my case etc. Thank you so much!!! Highly recommended.”

“Amazing result.. Where do I start regarding JTS solicitors. If I could give a review of 10 stars or more or I would. I was caught doing 53mph in a 30mph zone, driving back from work last April, this would not have been a problem but I already had 6 points. I did some research and quickly found out that I would have to go to court regarding this matter and I was looking at a fine and a ban. I found the details for JTS on my lunch break via a Google search. I called the office and spoke to James in Manchester. I explained my situation and that my employment would be greatly affected if I lost my license. He listened to the situation I was in and asked me a few questions and put my very worried mind at ease. He sent through the paperwork within a few days and I was more than happy for him and his team to represent me as I knew after the phone call he knew what he was doing from the information that he had given me. I was represented by Ms O'Mara at court a few weeks ago, she was very professional and informative regarding what was going to happen once I was in front of the magistrates. My case was delayed during the day but I was always told what was happening by Ms O'Mara. With Ms O'Mara's expertise ended up with a fine and not a ban, which for me was an amazing result, as I did not lose any income which would have been detrimental to my family and the household. So a big thank you to James, Ms O'Mara and Sam, what a brilliant team, I will recommend them to anybody in the same position as I was in, who requires expert advice / guidance.”

“Best law firm for road related offences. I was facing the prospect of a lengthy disqualification for failure to produce a sample. James and his team were very understanding and supportive from start to finish. Their charges were very reasonable with no hidden extra costs. Communication with the firm was first class. They communicated all my options to me in a respectful manner. I am happy to report that my case has now been dismissed by the courts after the prosecution team decided not to pursue the matter any further. I can't thank James and his team for all their hard. Will definitely recommend JTS solicitors.”

“James was knowledgeable and professional from the start. Not only did he persist to help the issue get dropped he was always accessible and helpful throughout the process. He appreciated how stressful and worrying it was being on the receiving end and was always reassuring which helped massively . “Was taken to court for no insurance even though all evidence was shown including insurance certificate. Case was taken to trial at which point I contacted JTS... cannot recommend them enough, responded promptly, guided me throughout the whole procedure and presented me in court professionally. Their fee's are cheap at twice the price considering the level of service provided.”
