“Lovely jigsaw, picture quality very good,, would have given it a very good star if the pieces had been of the same size when fitted together, as it makes it harder to do when it's like this”

“Ordering the jigsaw was very easy with no problems 16/07/2014 it is now 21/07/2014 and still have not been advised of a delivery date.”

“Quite optimistic to send a request for feedback only five days after an order. I've since waited a further nine days, so 14 days in total and still no delivery or communication about what's happening to my order. On that basis, difficult to give more than two stars. I hope a package eventually turns up...”

We are very sorry for the delay in delivering your Jigsaw to you. We were in the middle of a warehouse move which unfortunately did cause some delays. We do hope you were pleased with the puzzle when it reached you.

“I live overseas and ordered 4 jigsaws for my family. I wasn't sure about a couple of the options for using your own images. They were incredibly quick to respond and very helpful and answered all my questions quickly and with helpful and useful information. The order was completed quickly and sent out well in time for Christmas. My family absolute love the jigsaws they are of excellent quality and look absolutely beautiful when completed. They are of incredibly good quality and will last for long time. Am incredibly impressed with the jigsaws. And would recommend these guys to people.”

“A pleasant experience all round. Very friendly and prompt responses to my questions and nothing was too much trouble. Very quick delivery and the jigsaw was excellent.
