I have not received any paper work for this order. I need something for my accounts. I have emailed you via your website and asked for an invoice or payment slip but I have not had an answer.

Wrong item was deliver with no returns note or invoice. No emails were sent to me from ilgs, only info I have is what PayPal sent me for payment

15 months after order date, have not received what I ordered, ILGS have lied repeatedly and have essentially stolen my money. They've completely stopped contact and I have to take them to court now to get my money back. You're better off taking your hard-earned money and flushing it down the toilet. At least that way, you wouldn't have to deal with their rude, ignorant customer service. Don't do what I did, interacting with these lying scumbags will cost you your money and sanity.

Item was at least £15 dearer than nearest competitor but I needed it quick so ordered. Turned up in different packaging, having been opened and delivered from some residential address in Newport. Have rung to arrange return and also emailed but no reply. Avoid if

Paid express delivery (2 days) and got normal service. Very disappointed in the service. I could have brought more from another place for the same price and got the same delivery service for free.

I wanted to purchase a monitor but wasn't sure that the description was correct so I phoned to check. I was told that the description was correct so I purchased the item. On receiving it I found that it wasn't what was advertised (checked with the manufacturer and received email to confirm) so I asked for a refund. This took 2 days and a number of questioning emails before I received an email giving me a collection date. The package was collected on Wednesday morning on a next day delivery ticket. I emailed yourselves today asking when I will be receiving my refund (as I am without monitor or money to purchase a replacement one) and I was told that it wont be until next Tuesday. I asked why as you should have received the package yesterday on next day delivery, inspected it today and hopefully refund my money at some point today. I have received no reply to this email. I think the whole thing is atrocious and am very disappointed as I am without money or monitor through no fault of my own. I even phoned to confirm before purchase.

after ordering a £400 item and paying extra for next day delivery I had to chase ILGS only to get an email saying you have been refunded...... accepting orders witch cannot be fulfilled, and initially send emails saying all ok....very poor

I ordered a Star mPOP system on 30/4/16 on a 3 working day delivery. It is now the 9th of May and I still have not received the product. Customer service tells me that it is in Germany and they cannot get any information. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

LED TV Screen was cracked but because the damage was not reported within 48 hours as per the ILGS Terms & Conditions, they refused to accept a return and replacement. There was no damage whatsoever to the box and packaging on delivery which was the reason that the TV was not removed from the box within 48 hours. The TV was purchased as a Christmas present so it was wrapped and left in the box. ILGS made no offers to help resolve this issue. I will not buy from them again.

We at ILGS are quick with working with customers to resolve any issues. in this case reporting the matter after 5 and half months later after a delivery was made is not by any means a workable time frame to go and report an issue with a courier to claim on a damaged unit. We however did offer to work on teh case and appeal to the Vendor and teh Couriers on teh customer behalf but after leaving it for nearly hlf he year it is not possible to make any claims. There is just only so much we can do to help !.

Product supplied by ILGS was the same as ordered and delivered quicker than the delivery service selected on. The restocking is a charge passed by the manufacturer and this is made clear in the Terms & Conditions. As much as we dont like charging this fee its a cost charged for an item specialy when baught opened and used and then decided as unwanted. We would advise any customer to first check on a product before making a purchase if you are not sure of the item.
your surcharge on pavpal will lose you customers i wont be back

I ordered a phone got the wrong phone delivered, sent 3 emails been ringing for two days to find out why I got the wrong delivery and to get the correct phone, cant get in touch and havnt herd anything back. Was a christmas pressent for somonenow they cant have it. Very upset and dint no what to do.

Hi, Your order was for a "Samsung Galaxy S4 zoom SM-C105" which was shipped and delivered to you in time despite the christmas rush and last min order by your self. You have sent us an email over christmas break knowing that the offices are closed, however we have replied back to you even when the office is closed. You have requested you want to change the order to another phone, which is not the same as we have sent you the wrong phone. It is very unfair of you to leave us a negative review where we have done all to get things to you in time and that too the correct item. Regards, ILGS Team
Just pray that you do not have to return anything to this company for a refund. I bought a cover for an I-pad which was clearly advertised on the site as suitable for i-pad 2,3 or 4. When it arrived it was for an i-pad mini. I rang the company to ask about a refund and was told I had to fill out an online form to get a return number before they would take the item back. I have filled in the form several times and had no response. I will never use this company again and the only reason it gets one star is because there is no option for zero.

We had a call from you about this, to which we had informed you to raise an return request. We have not had a return request filed for this as yet. We would have done everything to get the return carried out and you refunded for the order. A sales person also clarified with you the item that you had ordered was what was delivered to you, if not required simply complete the return request and we will get the rest done.
Sneaky company when it comes to returns. They will charge you £50 + vat just to restock an item, meaning it's not worth returning something, despite them offering the 'refund' option.

I am very disappointed with the service I have received so far. Firstly - order placed and payment entered online. No confirmation email was received. Upon calling the company to chase this, nobody picked up in the morning and when i finally spoke to someone I was told that I would be called back with a new postage quote. No call back occurred so I emailed and was told that the postage was £80 rather than £40 to overseas. You should not allow customers to enter payment information and think they are agreeing to a price/product where the price is not confirmed. The fact that I had to chase this up over the phone also shows a lack of pro-activity to update the customer where your website has mis-quoted! Email communication was brief and did not answer my direct questions. The products have now been shipped to a UK address for £15 where we will forward overseas with parcelforce for £40 - your courrier service is ridiculously overpriced. I have still not received a confirmation email of my order, please send this over as soon as possible. Shambolic service, I will not be using ILGS again if I can avoid it!!

Dear Customer, We had called on the day the order was placed and spoke to your UK office, we also then called your office in France and left 2 messages. We had also informed you the product you had ordered was something we could only supply in the UK and hence offered to change your delivery address to ship to your UK office. Delivery was sent on a Next Day Service as per your request, Our Standard Delivery is Free in 7 working days. Invoice email was auto sent at time of order, we also sent another copy as per your request. Also refund credit note was also sent on the day this was discussed and and again a mnual copy was also sent again. If this has still not come thru to you pls check your spam filters, we are happy to send it again if you like but you might face the same issue again. We at ILGS do all we can to get the product at the best price across to our customers. We are sorry you felt this way and will do all we can to help improve your experience with us and also learn from this to improve the service to other lovely customers like your self.
