“Not impressed. Buying a new one after less than a year. It’s the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever owned. Even with rotating it regularly it’s compressed so much it’s solid.”

“Tried other mattresses like nectar , emma ,eve found those way too soft as they were a medium to firm but more like a soft to medium im 17 stone in weight and the hypnia doesn't even have a dent in it as of yet but only been on my bed for two weeks time will tell if it dips or not overall a very good mattress so far i prefer a hard mattress because of back problems”

“Took a while to arrive due to covid and the suiz canal insident shipping materials. When it arrived, wow well worth the wait, my shoulders are no longer in the pain the used to be, and I have s more restful sleep, my wife doesn't want to get out of bed in the morning now it's so comfy.”

“Bought mattress and not happy with it. Contacted customer services told me to send pictures of complaint which I did. Had to phone again as no one responded left message and received a call back, most insensitive gentleman!! who wouldn’t listen to me so want to return mattresses. Only had it 10 days and not even slept on it.”

“So far my review will be 1 star due to ordering my matress on the 29th of March! It said between 2 to 4 weeks delivery which is fine but by the 23rd I'd not heard anything and would assume that I would get some form of update so I emailed and received a reply saying that I would recieve my matress in the first week of May as theye were slightly behind! I was told by Steven that thats only just over the time delivery date! OK so its late thats fine! Tuesday 4th May is till have no idea when my mattress will arrive so I sent an email asking for any updates, this was just ignored and I had no reply, I have sent another email today and hoping that with this review and my email and as a customer that has paid for an item someone might just be bothered to get back to me! Thanks Debbie Chester”

“We had a delivery issue – the courier couldn’t find our address and sent the order back to Hypnia which was frustrating but when we called Hypnia customer service they jumped into action and got it all sort with the mattress being delivered the very next day, now that’s what I call service. We deal with Stephen who was great.”

“We upgraded from a Hypnia topper to the Hypnia mattress and it’s the best thing we’ve ever done. The topper was really good and transformed an old mattress but the proper mattress is a whole new level! The topper is still going strong as we passed it on to our daughter is is also very happy with it too. We are now a Hypnia family.”
