She "sorry about that but..." it would take between ten and fifteen minutes for my quote on the telephone. Maybe one day the moronic executives in charge of marketing lies aimed at pulling in clients will realise we are sick to death of being lied to. If this is an example of the ethos of this company, I am not interested in doing business with it."
