“Absolutely superb customer service. There was an issue with delivery (not HS Johnson's fault) -- they were very quick to investigate the matter (replying very speedily) and issued a replacement when it transpired the original was likely not going to arrive in time. I 100% recommend this company.”

“Found a watch here at a very good price in comparison to others. I emailed them asking a question about a delivery to hear back within the hour. They even removed some links from the watch for me before they posted so it was ready to be worn. Great product and great service. Thank you very much!!”

“I have had a Michel Herbelin watch for over 20 years and have worn it almost daily. Sadly the bracelet was wearing out and generally suffering from old age!! Then I spotted almost the same watch on H S Johnson's website - and not only that the price was fantastic. My husband ordered it for my birthday, along with a request for making the bracelet the right size. All was delivered within no time at all. I love the watch and I would recommend the service from H S Johnson to anyone - thank you so much.”

We have had no commination from you at all just this review, to return you send it back to us and ask for a refund and as long as it is still in new condition and you have had it for less than 30 days we will refund you, not sure how that is not straight forward, perhaps you should have asked if you where unsure ? also for reference to readers this watch was £15, not sure what you where expecting ?
