“I called Home Appraisals, Inc. for an appraisal on my condo. You see I live in Jacksonville, FL, but the condo is located in Lauderhill, FL. The Appraiser Joseph was very efficient and professional. He took the time to explain the appraisal process to me and he was open to discuss any concerns I had, not to mention he performed the appraisal in a very timely manner! “My Appraiser Joseph was professional and worked quickly to get a value on what what several Realtors told me was not going to be an easy appraisal. His appraisal was well documented and concise. The cost of the appraisal exactly what I expected to pay, and the service was excellent with an almost immediate turn time between seeing the property and receiving the documents.”

“I called for an appraisal of my condo, and had someone in the next day. The whole experience was professional and efficient. Joseph was always available to discuss my concerns over the phone and took the time to explain the appraisal report to me. He was very informed about the neighborhood and value of renovations that I had done in my condo. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs professional, efficient, knowledgable and courteous service!”

“I cannot imagine buying my house without HomeAppraisals, it saved us a lot of trouble, time and money. Knowing exactly how much the property was worth before presenting our offer gave us a lot of power during the negotiation process. Never believe your real estate agent when he presents you with a market value based on "comparables", remember they are there for their commission onle, HomeAppraisals will give you the real market value. We are very please with their service.”
