“We are one month into our new carpet and we are very happy with the whole process. The install went well, any questions we had were followed up quickly and issues resolved. Both Jon and Tony were a pleasure to deal with.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry that you were not happy with your experience. I can see there are definitely two versions of this job. As probably explained, installs need to be booked, as the installers are very busy, and can't be requested at very short notice as other customers who are already booked would then be disadvantaged.
