“We purchased our very first caravan a few weeks ago from Greentrees. James who delt with our queries was professional and not pushy at all. He made us feel very comfortable. Once we took our caravan home we thought we had some issues with electrical items. Contacted Greentrees who booked the van in to be checked without hesitation. Everything was found to be in good working order and the problem was with the way we had connected to our electricity supply at home. Yes, we felt silly but we were treated with politeness, understanding and again professionalism. Well done Greentrees, what a team.”

“We recently bought a second hand motor home from Greentrees , after collecting it we found a few issues that needed fixing and the aftercare service were straight onto it, we were very impressed with the service we received. All the staff from the sales team to after care were fantastic , we cannot fault them in anyway. We will definitely use Greentrees again in the future. From very happy customers .”

“We found all the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. The purchase of our caravan went very smoothly. After siting the caravan there was a problem with the shower. An engineer came out that day and fixed it. Great service. We also bought several good quality used items at good prices.”

“Once again very impressed with the service by Greentrees. At this service we had an external 240v socket fitted to the outside to charge our electric bikes. The technician doing the job phoned me to confirm the exact position for this. Well done Greentrees and that k you.”

“A very big thank you to Greentrees team, We had been let down badly by the dealer we originally purchased our van from, although extremely busy during the pandemic, Greentrees agreed to take on the warranty work and completed it to a good standard, Also a very big thankyou to Justyn from the coachworks team, not only did he take the time to answer all our questions and explain things in good detail, but also listened to our other concerns regarding other issues & rectified those at a reasonable cost, Again THANKYOU”
