“Happy with the delivery and condition of the turf however 1-2 weeks on and the turf is covered in mushrooms?? I hope once cut these are not reoccurring as they would seriously spoil my garden. 30m2 purchased.”

“Fast easy service product was as described and exactly what we wanted, delivery was fast and we were kept up to date as to when it would be coming. Questions about delivery were answered very quickly too.”

“Ordering on-line was simple. When I had a query my phone call was answered quickly and question was answered efficiently and in a helpful and friendly way. Cost was resonable and product was exectly as described on website. Only downside was that my delivery instructions were misinterpreted and 3 tonnes of gravel was left on the kerbside on a junction of two fairly narrow suburban streets. It happened that the delivery came during the 30 minutes that the house was unoccupied - we could have avoided the problem otherwise. It would help if delivery drivers could phone with on the day with expected ETA.”

“Excellent service. I ordered turf and soil before 1 pm, it arrived before 8 am the following morning. The driver was very polite and helpful, left the stuff by the garden door. The soil was top quality and the turf was in a good condition.”

“Good value, but a bit difficult arranging delivery. Tried to deliver on specific date, but did not call to arrange delivery until after 7pm. The size of the delivery truck wasn't communicated well, which meant the gravel couldn't be delivered. I was told it would be delivered the next day, so waited in for this and it didn't come. It then arrived the day after, and the truck must have managed to get down the street. All could have been smoothed out by clearer delivery instructions and communication. Very pleased with the product.”
