“Ive tried many times to return my item to be repeatedly told my order number is incorrect belive you me it is correct. You make it so hard to return anything. Complete waste of time”

“Not free returns. Item came in an obliterated box so no way I could give as a gift. Wanted to charge me 6 quid to return. Absolute joke.”

“Awful customer services. No way of knowing the cost to return an item before you order. I had to pay 5.25 to return a pay if sandals. Will not be ordering again”

“Terrible customer service, paid 3.95 delivery then you have to pay another £6 to return the item. You don’t even get a refund for the original postage like other companies do. Would not order from here again. Also thought it was part of JD sport but turns out it isn’t. Avoid this retailer.”

“Unless you have a desire to pay £3.95 delivery and another £6.00 return then another £3.95 to receive an exchange avoid at all costs. Contacted customer service, told this is the only way. Would not purchase again from this site.”

“Expensive postage and even more expensive to return. even after trainers had blood stains inside where someone had tried on. Still waiting on refund. Ive just found out who owns this company so say no more. But wont be purchasing from.. jd , get the label, flannels, sports direct .”

“I am never going to order from these again. Ordered 2 mens armani vests which were too small so was going to return them , after paying 3.95 delivery charge I did not expect to have to pay to return them but no its another 6.10 to send them back! Basically nearly a tenner for nothing. What a con!”

“I ordered a pair of Boys Adidas X Ghosted 3 laceless turf boots for my 8 year old son to replace his well worn and well loved Adidas Nemeziz where the sole had finally come away from the shoe and I needed laceless so he would be able to change his shoes himself and I was unable to find his size again anywhere on the internet for the Nemeziz (13.5). While we waited for delivery he'd told all his U8 football teammates about his new boots he was getting for the next match. Unfortunately when they came I was unable to spread the elasticated top enough to get his foot in despite using considerable force. It was obvious he was never going to get them on despite them being the same length as his previous boots. A very gutted boy (I told my team mates etc) but they had to be returned. IMAGINE MY SURPRISE WHEN THEY WERE THEN RETURNED BACK TO ME WITH A LETTER STATING THEY WOULD NOT BE ACCEPTED BACK AS THE SOLES WERE DIRTY AND SHOWING SIGNS OF WEAR!!! I have obviously not got their forensic eye but if these boots were tried on and even touched the floor it was not by my son. I could not physically get them on his foot, I didn't even try the other boot”

“Horrible service. Shoes were scratched the first time my shoes were ordered so I asked for a redelivery, only to not receive a shoe box and scratched shoes again. Also, not responding to emails”

“Ordered Friday midday. Money taken. Including "next day" delivery fee. Tuesday night now. No e mail received. No goods. TRICKED INTO THINKING I WAS ORDERING FROM JD SPORTS - although get label uses JD website they are totally separate. CONNNED. STAY WELL AWAY, JUST HASSLE.”

“I had to pay postage for delivery and when I was returning the item ( as it didn’t fit I took it to a UPS collection point ( which should be free) I was told I would have to pay £6.50 !,Totally ridiculous! Postage mad”

“Absolutely awful experience. Product ordered didn't match the description or sizing. Initially charged for delivery (arrived late) then charged another extortionate fee to return. Over two weeks later and still waiting for the refund. !!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!”
