Zenith Canada here. Got a rate of $160 a month for home and car, place I was living at was an apartment building. Fires at the building often and car accidents on the corner. Horrible place for more than those reasons. Pipes bursting all the time, just a genuine slum. Moved into a nice house, safer area on a quiet street, literally 750m to a fire hall and my rates go way up. Not to mention when I called and emailed to tell them I was moving and trying to update my file I thought I was good. Apparently nothing was done cause I decided to double check a couple months after moving since my new slip hadn’t shown up, I moved in June and informed them in April, they never changed any of my information and the guy I was emailing never got back to me. Did get it dealt with but again rates jumped $30 a month and now with no accidents or ticket ever it’s gone up again. I’m not renewing.

2 years ago an incident happened. This company were dire at handling it at the time and now two years later this demon has resurfaced. If this was the last car insurance in the world I would rather drive uninsured and pay a fine! DIRE COMPANY!

I had my policy cancelled out of the blue for what I was first told lack of documentation. The documents were actually sent when originally asked for, I did not hear anything once this was carefully explained, so I assumed everything was ok and the staff managed to look at the email properly. I called to ask why my policy was cancelled on Saturday, half way through the conversation and lots of putting on hold for 15 minutes at a time. The reason my policy was cancelled changed as it must of been noticed I did actually send the required documents. I was told that I had not updated my address so they cancelled my policy. This was completely made up. I was never asked about this, it was never mentioned by any members of this company. I explained I still had all of the email trails on record with no mention of anyone asking for the correct address. I’ve checked my account today, instead of the cancellation fee which was being asked for by myself, I’ve actually received a small amount back. Basically to me they admitted fault. The issue has not been resolved as I’m not insured to drive. This company just wants your deposit then will look for any excuse as in anything even making it up to cancel your policy. Shocking, if you like being robbed here is the company, their experts.

i did a auto renewal silly i know,after 6 months thought it was high 1035 pounds with 10 years no claims etc just checked can get same cover for 239 pounds when i complained they said it will cost me 160 pounds to cancel my own fault for allowing them to tak e money

If you take my advice avoid Zenith like the plague, go to any other insurance company. I told Zenith someone ran into me but was not making a claim just making them aware of it. I was NOT told at the time by Zenith it was automatically logged as a claim, a long story short, this ONE incident led to me unknowingly driving with no insurance, getting stopped by the police, fined a total of £450 and 6 points on my licence, Zenith ASSUMED I knew this was automatically logged a claim even though I specifically said I was not making a claim. It was AFTER I was stopped by the police and contacted Zenith that I was first informed that this incident was logged as a claim

Extremely bad customer service, communication and morals. They don't update their system correctly, they don't communicate with customers, the waiting times to get through are horrendous, worst than most companies. You pay these people for months...hundreds of pounds and they don't fight your corner, if i could give them a zero star rating i would!!

Cancelled my insurance after 6 months, Zenith told me there would be no refund as admin costs to cancel came to £70, never again will I use this robbing cowboy outfit.

⚠️ AVOID ⚠️ Zenith insurance are cowboys. Very bad experience with them. I’ve passed my case to Ombudsman to get my right! I should of checked the online reviews but I didn’t.. I’ve learned my lesson!! I advise to pay a little extra money and join a decent insurance company.

Worst Insurance company yet! I was involved in a accident 3 weeks ago reported it straight away I was not liable. 3 weeks had no contact had a hire car then took it back still now no contact . everytime you call someone tells you a different story. customer service is shocking I pay £65per month and I am in a accident not my fault and they are now telling me to pay £600 as they cant get her insurance brand new car and they basically take your money each month then sit back and do nothing. whitness still not contacted after telling me they called I checked ! lies lies lies do not recommend would never use again and never recommend DISGRACE of a company . DO NOT USE

Joke of a company once you take out a policy good luck cancelling. If you do not have your car no more. I have tried ringing no answer I have emailed no reply.

I read some of the reviews here, feel sorry for everyone who are disappointed... My personal experience was great, was a costumer for a year. Unfortunately had an accident 3 month before the end of policy, not my fault. They are dealing great with everything, keeping me informed. I also had problems with car I bought after accident, so I had to give it back and get another one. They didn't change me for changing information second time, offered me a good price for the last month. Not difficult to get in touch, don't have to wait on the lane for ages.

Excellent service at excellent prices. Beat my previous by a lot even when i added services such as breakdown cover which i didnt have previously. Couldn't be happier xx

Didn’t advise that they won’t Insure you if u haven’t any NCD, I got the insurance and once I couldn’t give NCD they cancelled and tried to charge £30 cancellation fee! They waived this after I challenged it but it would be useful to advice this before they take your money

they were so helpful when I’d already insured my new car but still needed to drive my old car! Said I’d only pay insurance for the days used on old car and would make sure I didn’t pay another admin fee. Can’t fault them! Been with them 2 years now

BEEN AN UP TO DATE PERSON FOR YEARS AND HAD THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS THEY HAVE PROVED TO ME THAT MONEY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN CUSTOMERS THROUGH THEM I COULD HAVE LOST MY LICENCE ALL THEY HAD TO DO IS RING IM SO GLAD I RANG THEM TO FIND OUT SOMETHING OR I WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN THEY HAD CANCELED MY INSURANCE THEY COULD HAVE RUNG OR SENT A LETTER NO LETS JUST CANCEL WE DONT CARE IF HE LOSES HIS LIVELY HOOD IT IS DONE EVERY YEAR AUTOMATIC BUT COS I HAD A NEW BANK CARD THEY COULD NOT TAKE IT YOU COULD SAY . A CALL WOULD BE NICE YOU HAVE MY NUMBER OUT OF ORDER NEVER AGAIN
