“Total cowboys. Do not buy from these people. Took out a policy via compare the market and was told that no claims couldnāt be used from my other bike and would increase policy by over Ā£120, they also weren't up to speed on DVLA protocols for my licence category and were trying to tell me I had to have a valid CBT despite having a licence but then checks and confirmed I was right. Re-ran quotes on CTM and came out over Ā£100 less than their quote so told them wanted to cancel within cooling off period at which point they advise Iāll only receive a partial refund of around Ā£70 and they canāt match the new CTM quote with no claims added. Left in a situation where Iāve no choice to pay the extra and be insured through them. Will never use them again, be warned before you make the same mistake.”

They are helpful until you have actually finalized insurance with them and then they are diabolical if you need to amend anything. This is a review based on two awful experiences with them I would never recommend them to anyone!”
