Declined to renew policy for no reason. They never paid out my claims after the theft of my car. Worst service and you will never be able to get through to them, phone system makes sure that you get cut off first. I would say keep away I couldn't imagine how bad and stressful it would be if you needed to make a claim. Once you make a claim, first they take all your excesses, reduce your NCD to zero and they will not renew your next policy once it expires or cancel it without reasons given. None or my complaint letters got replied nor letter replied. Their complaint head office in registered in Gibraltar, so any complaint correspondence never get replied. If you do not want any regret stay away from this insurance company or lose all your NCD just stay away. All they care after is your money and

I have just had the same problem as most people on here that when you have a learner driver policy and they passed their test you should get a refund of the time left but they do not refund anything lower than £20 and said theres an admin fee of £65 but it shows in your account details that you should get a refund, if they dont refund anything less than £20 then it should show £0.00, so i know its less than £20 its the principle and dont show you a breakdown of how they come to the amount of the refund.

Scammmmmmmmmmmm! they charged me for the 14 days I was with them. It clearly says on their website and in the confirmation email they only charged cancellation fee if cancelled the policy within 14 days. £65 cancellation fee? never stated it in the T&C. I have sent them numerous emails and they keep insisting they don't offer 14 days cooling off. They don't read their own T&Cs. My next step is to contact my credit company and then go to ombudsman

Very bad company and never come back again. I had to sent 4 times NCD by email and they still send me email with note they cancel policy if I do not send NCD. So bad customer service and take just many for nothing. So hassle. NO RECOMMEND!

Ok, so trying to speak to someone when we first took the policy out was tricky, but many companies are reducing costs by dealing with customers more by email than telephone. If you want a more expensive premium with the knowledge that there is a call centre with someone waiting to speak to you, then that is your prerogative. You only really find out how good your insurance company is when you need to make a claim. When my son sadly had an accident, I made a call to their claims line expecting something of an ordeal, but was met with he most helpful and courteous of services imaginable and our claim was handled by a guy called Duane, who was extremely efficient. Their claims form was quite lengthy and went into all sorts of detail, but at the end of the day they came back with a settlement figure that was more than acceptable. My only disappointment was that when we bought a replacement car for my son, Quick Sure had stopped offering learner policies, otherwise we would have most certainly used them again.

Company renewed policy with my family member using my bank details. Would only discuss with family member and would not remove my bank details. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer service - terrible (when you managed to actually get through to someone) Payments - They take payments before the due date Prices - The quote for renewal was more expensive than previous year even though there were no accidents

DONT USE THIS COMPANY...They don't check the Documents until you make a Claim and find your Not Insured cos they haven't bothered to check the Documents you sent..Also on Cancelling the Policy you are told you will get a Refund but then when you chase up the Refund you are told No Refund is due!!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Pay a little more, you could easily regret using these lowlife fraudsters, it says a lot about our society that these A-holes are in business. There is no regulation.

Absolute nightmare of a company! Impossible to speak to anyone on the phone, the phone system sends you round in circles which always ends up with 'do it online'! Email and they say they will "endeavour" to get back within 48 hours!!!! I had no confidence in them so decided to cancel my insurance after 4 days on the 'cooling off' clause. They charge for the days the car has been covered - understandable and expected - however the also charge £65 admin fee!!!!! What admin???? They didn't do anything!!!! They are proof of the saying 'if you pay peanuts you get monkies'! Pay the extra £20 or £30 and go with someone you know, it will save you in the long run - in my case £65! :(

Please don't use this company! They are horrendous!! They cancelled my insurance without notifying me of any issues, allowed me to drive my car 1 month with no insurance and I only found out because I wanted to add an extra driver to the policy. It was only then that they told me that my insurance had been cancelled!!! In all my 10 years of driving with no issues with insurance, points etc, I've never dealt with such an a ole of a company!!! When I asked them why I wasn't informed or called etc, they said that 'we are an internet based company so we don't make any contact unless it's by email!!! They have added £400 to my annual insurance!!! Don't use them!!! Their company is based in Gibraltar!!! They can all F off!!!!

I'm not the only person to say that even 1 star is too good for this terrible company. This company was suggested to me by 2 different comparison sites so I decided to get my Learner Driver Insurance with them. BIG MISTAKE! Their website told me (after I had entered all my bank details) that my transaction could not be processed and that I would have to call them. I called, got sent round in circles before even getting to speak to anybody, then got cut off completely. I assumed that - as I had been told - the transaction wouldn't be processed and so got my insurance with another company. Later that day I received an email from Quick-Sure which told me that I was covered with them! My money had been taken from my bank and as a student this meant financial difficulties for the next few months. I called them the next day to cancel my insurance and was told (by a particularly unfriendly lady) that 'the servers are down, I cant do anything'. But I was assured that they would call me to let me know when the servers were running again. Guess what, I never got a call from them. I phoned again 2 days later to cancel and another (unfriendly) lady told me that i would be charged a cancellation fee of £65 (again, I'm a penniless student). I've emailed them to point out that they are in the wrong and that I will suffer if this is not changed, but the only response I received told me that all fees are generated by the system and can't be changed. I have pointed out that 'the system' told me the transaction wouldn't go through in the first place. Over the course of a week and 2 days I have received nothing but woefully inadequate customer service and will continue to pursue this matter to a successful conclusion. TL;DR - bad phone lines, terrible customer service, they are powerless and controlled by 'the system'. WOULD. NOT. RECOMMEND.
