After waiting for the previous agent to call me back she never I waited 24 hours!! Then the phone was put down on me by a male agent Then finally a lovely efficient agent sorted out everything she was Brilliant!!!!

After a difficult start with some telephony problems and no contact from another staff member, #Jodie, contacted me very promptly and understood my concerns, clarified all points and promptly dealt with the outstanding issue. Jodie was very clear and straight to the point, which is what was needed, to solve the issue, well done and thank you.

I signed up to ladybird insurance and completed all the required information and paid for a full years cover. Someone from the company then rang me to say that due to my age ( 20) I had to pay some further money to be insured by them. I asked to cancel my account and was told it would take up to a month to get a refund ( It did take a full month) leaving me short of money to pay my new insurer a full year at once. Really disappointing experience and would not try with this company again.

Highly recommended. I have been a customer for 2 years now and will continue in the future. I have had an issue with my latest renewal due to vehicle circumstances, not Ladybird Insurance. Although the outcome was not the best, I was happy to go ahead with the renewal as I was handled extremely professionally. The agent who dealt with everything, Ryan, is a credit to the company. Keeping to his word each time and communicating well even under the current pandemic obstacles. An asset to the company. Thank you

Phoned to get a quote on business insurance to add to my current policy and the man I spoke to was extremely rude. I understand that times are tough at the moment but the customer service was extremely poor. Honestly, someone who is friendly on the phone really makes a massive difference. I get anxiety having to phone people and this experience has made it a whole lot worse

If I could give this company 0 stars I would in a heart beat. I had an insurance with this horrific company and was constantly being bombarded with threatening letters over not giving them information I had already provided. Then they decided to cancel my policy out of no where and charge me 160 pounds for the honour. Had I done anything wrong, no I hadn't. Their issues was, last year, on a policy with another company I had done 17,000 miles, I am a commuter student, and do over a 60 miles round trip each day so I was covered for it. However, this year I bought a 2nd car, insured with a different company to use solely for commuting, so therefore I only insured by self for 10,000 which was more than enough. However, because last year, when I only had 1 vehicle, I did more miles, they have cancelled this years policy, despite me informing them, when I got the policy, that I own more than 1 vehicle. And all of this is the middle of the coronovirus pandemic when people are already struggling. This is ridiculous, and I would strongly discourage anyone for getting insurance with this company.

Customer service. I spoke to Georgia on the phone regarding my policy issue. She was extremely helpful. Knowing that her colleagues made me cry because of how rude and terrible customer service. I really appreciate her help and was so lovely and polite. Can’t you enough for making me feel less stress now. Thank you so much AMAZING customer service skills

Hi, I would like to complain Upon to staff that I Spoke to on the 09/04/20 at 9.15 with a male and 9.40 with a women. I would like to say the 2 staff members I have spoken to, have been extremely rude, very terrible customer service and wasn’t helpful at all. I phoned to speak to them regarding the the renewal of my insurance that went ahead without my consent. The only thing I received from the company was a text message which stated “We have emailed you the coming years renewal price. Please check all information is correct if so, sit back and we will renew your policy automatically.” I spoke to the both workers and explain to them the issue that I didn’t receive an email that’s because my email was hacked, but I did get their message and I was being honest. Moreover, I previously spoke to another colleague of them and told him that My insurance will expire on 5th May 2020 after midnight, and I will be processing into selling my car. The lady and the gentleman i spoke to, refused and said that I have to pay the full amount and in fact, I am in debts. This I said I am willing to pay the cancellation fee as long as they don’t cause me a headache as I am a happy customer and I really loved staying with them. The lady started speaking to me in a rude tone and said I owe £36, where as, her other colleague said I owe £11. This worried me as I was thinking what are their aim to steal from me. Moreover, I politely asked her if I could speak to the manger she said “his not on sight today”. I have worked and I know how a company runs and for her to try lie is embarrassing. Moreover, when i asked her what’s the cancellation policy, she got offended and started getting rude. I see this as a fraud and I am soo displeased to not stay with them and have such people bring the reputation, shame to the company and lose customers. This really effect me and caused me so much headache, I have studies to focus on, meanwhile these people are figuring ways to try steal of me. This behaviour is unexpected and I would not ever go back to this company or recommend people. However, a colleague of theirs Borgia called me and spoke to me so nicely, with manners. I started crying cause of how much the conversation with the other 2 colleagues effected so Georgia help me so much and I thank her so much she was so helpful. We need people like Georgia AMAZING customer service! I can’t thank her enough.

Whilst calling to renew my policy I spoke to Jodie, who was brilliant, she was extremely friendly and happy to explain any details which I was unsure about regarding my policy, would definitely recommend Ladybird to others based on the brilliant prices and excellent customer service!
