“I would like to have my insurance details sent to me in paper form, so that I can a: Check that my details are correct B: Keep a record of my policy. I prefer to keep a paper copy, many thanks.”

“Being penalised for not sending in paperwork is rediculous. Your either an online company or your not proof of NCD and DD Instructions are all centrally automated if not this should be made clear not hidden in T&C's. Very underhand and very dissapointed. Kate”

Dear Miss Unsworth, unfortunately it is not possible to completely automate all procedures and we do try and make it clear that a signed mandate is required. if you had phoned us regarding this as soon as you received the email confirmation of cover with the links to the documents we would have been able to print them and post them to you sooner. “I found this company very helpful with my car insurance although the credit company they use are utterly useless and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. That's Premium Credit btw.”

“Quick at dealing with my policy when I took out my insurance whith them and received my paper work witching two days my insurance is up for renewal at the end of November will definitely be renewing my new policy with them first class service.”
