“What I liked the most was the low price, compared to the insurance company I was with With a full no claims bonus. I asked BG for a quote, and that’s what I got, No other Blah Blah as I was getting from other companies I Highly recommend this company Tommy Browne ADI 23 years”

“Good customer service, and follow up call to remind me of what additional info I was supposed to provide. At least my second year with them. And in respect of the below comment about a renewal going to spam.... It's the individual's responsibility to ensure they have valid legal insurance cover.”

“BG insurance have been great to communicate with, I never have to wait to have the phone answered. Emails with plenty of notice when my insurance renewal is due. Good communication with emails and documentation as I’d prefer not to have paper copies. Compared to other insurance companies before I was an ADI, they are so much easier and clearer across the board.”

“Avoid completely, they sent an email about renewal , which was found on spam after my policy was ended. When I try to call them, to arrange the payment for the second year, they say the policy will cost 3 times more than the renewal price, because I didn't contact them before my policy will finish. If you are a serious company why you can try to look after your clients and to be sure the clients received the renewal email or just to call them. Scammers, avoid them completely!”

“Firstly BG looks for the best price rather than quoting an inflated price then matching a cheaper quote, so they are loyal to their customers. 2019 my car was involved in an accident, they were brilliant sorting everything out for me. When my renewal comes I don’t even check anywhere else. Top company.”

“I've been with BG for 2 years and I can phone them and make payment by check. I don't do things on line and it is very easy for me that way. The insurance cover is good value and they arrange the breakdown cover to.”
