I was totally abused in Speke store by the manager Chris he is totally disrespectful and the discrimation and lack of empathy from this manager towards disabled is absolutely shocking I hope this man doesn't face the public every day his attitude is awful try and do an exchange with the reciept yes that is right with the actual reciept this man terrorised me infront of members of the public while I accompanied my disabled sister there absolutely shocking behaviour from a manager of a store im Totally gobsmacked of his behaviour most arrogant man I have ever had to deal with massive chip on his shoulder because his staff member give me wrong information he then proceeded to abuse me I've posted his picture please beware of this man when shopping at the speke store

I missed an item off the returns form and they now haven’t refunded one of my items even though they were both sent back. It’s absolutely sickening. I’ve had to raise this with resolver now. They cannot just rob people. They don’t take customer testimony. I’ll warn people of this company they’re cowboys

AVOID! NO REFUND! THIEVES Absolutely appalling service. First and last time I use this useless website. I had to place two separate orders for school shoes for my daughter in August and returned one which was over a month ago. You have no option to contact humans instead dealing with bots! Can you take notes from ASOS or H&M please and see how an efficient company runs and provides excellent customer service. Whilst writing this negative review, I’m still yet to receive my refund! Kindly get one of your bots to update me on my refund urgently! Date of experience: 06 August 2022

I can't give zero stars unfortunately. Totally shocking service in regards to a faulty item that they refuse to replace or refund. It is clear to anyone looking at the item that there was something wrong with it (an expensive padded coat) yet they "inspected" it and could find no fault - absolutely outrageous. No one was willing to do anything to put this right for me and simply told me their decision is final! Awful customer service and I will never buy anything from them again.

Do Not use this company ordered shoes on 3/5/22 on line as a birthday gift - gifted on 19th May ( actual birthday ) but shoes too big and tried to exchange in Westfield ( told not possible as paid by PayPal) Didn't have next size up so had to order something else on line as wouldn't give credit note !! Goods returned, Yodel receipt 2 months later -still no replacement received

Very bad service, dishonest I would say. I bought 2 pair of shoes at the shop in Westfield London. One of the pair was on display, the salesperson make a discount of 10% on it but when my partner paid she forgot to say we had a discount, so we ask for it and the manager refuse do apply it. It was suppose to be 8 pounds. I will never go again to this shop nd will tell this story around me. At least they should have made a commercial rebate or a voucher. The only answer I had is that the dirt on the shoes was not enough to make a discount. The problem is that the salesperson told me that I have a 10% discount.

Poor service from the start ordered Air Jordan standard delivery 3 days later said parcel was out for delivery this continued for another 3 days the a note saying I had refused the delivery and was returned to sender. This was not the case. Can’t get through to any one to speak to. Never again! Footasylum is a joke. Save your money and go elsewhere! AVOID! For some reason this site won’t let me leave a 1 star review.

My delivery had been opened & purchases replaced with another companies item, clearly the delivery driver from Hermes, when I contacted Footasylum (0nly contacted by Chat, no phone number or email, how bad is that) they did not want to know and would not entertain any investigation or refund, lost £150.00 what a shambles of a company you be ashamed how you treat your customers

I was assured me order would be amended when I requested to cancel it however this was not the case and now I’ve to wait even longer for a refund and have to pay to return the item which apparently I will be refunded for however based on previous correspondence I won’t hold my breath won’t be ordering again

Got my son a tracksuit for Christmas it has had 2 washes on a cool wash and has now shrunk and can no longer wear . I went back to shop and was told my fault and there is nothing they can do so I have £120 tracksuit that no longer fits . When it says on label that it can be washed on a 40

So i ordered a Nike tech hoody online… So i ordered a Nike tech hoody online on the 24th and i was charged £100, I also received x2 separate emails one to say item being processed and the other one saying it had been dispatched??????????????? and then today received this one at 6pm!! Hi 👋, Thank you for your order! I’m really sorry to let you know that between adding your items to the basket and going through the checkout, your item, TECH FLEECE FZ HOOD, was then sold out when we attempted to pick it from our warehouse. Due to the amount of orders we have at this time of year, it is unusual but it can happen and we’re sorry we won’t be able to get this item out to you. Keep an eye on our website though and social media for new drops and info on when items are back in stock! Extremely slow and bad service. The only way to contact them is by whatsapp and it takes up to 2 weeks for a respond. Dont buy from them.

Terrible customer service when trying to make a return. Would not allow return after 14 days, but took longer than 14 days to respond to me. Would not recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! Customer service is non existent!! Ordered tracksuit and trainers for our sons Xmas present, paying for next day delivery to ensure they arrived in plenty of time for Xmas. Then faced an on going battle with COMPANY and Hermes with no-one being able to tell me where these items were. Try to contact Footasylum and faced with a Chat Bot. Forced to put scathing review on Social Media platforms as a means of initiating a response. Finally get an email on Xmas eve to say money has been refunded and the order cancelled, we now have no time to try and get other presents for our son!!!!! Absolute joke of a company, happy to take your money but not deliver the goods, at least Dick Turpin wore a mask!!!!!
