“Bauberg products are wonderfully designed in a functional sense. They also have that simple robustness and absence of 'designer affectations' that is difficult to find elsewhere and such an honest joy. I have had my system running for a year and have had no problems to such an extent that I sometimes forget it is even there. Also, a nice navigable website with lots of information linked to a speedy delivery service cannot be faulted.”

Hello, I think there maybe some confusion, you have only ordered Blauberg Passive Vent Grille on it's own and not the actual kit. I have checked on our website and it is clear that this is the grille only, the picture shows exactly what you should have received. I will have our customer service team call you to see how we can help you resolve the matter. If you simply want to return them for a refund that is fine we can advise you on that.
