“I originally spoke to London & Country who could not source a mortgage for the type of property I wanted so I spoke to Adam at Fair Mortgages and he secured the mortgage the same day. Having Adam and the case manager their throughout was great peace of mind too, would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Will definitely be in touch for the remortgage.”

“Excellent service by sally and the team ..their communication was superb and they were able to guide me on the best mortgage to take and we're able to align my personal circumstances with the best mortgage possible ...Thank you so much...speak in 5 years for my renewal. “Adam was extremely helpful throughout the mortgage selection process and came up with a product that was ideal for me. Also very helpful on other issues relating to the house buying process. With house buying being, at times, a relatively stressful experience the level of service provided was greatly appreciated and well worth the fee. Would definitely use again.”
