This is the second time I have been with Experience The Himalayas. I met my roomy, Andy, on the Everest Base Camp trek 2 years ago. We both came back together to do the Annapurna Circuit. That says all you need to know.
Our guide, Tanka, was also our guide on EBC, and I have to say on all the treks around the globe that I have done over the years, he is the real deal, a cut above. He did make us all drink a lot of rum though.
If you've never done a trek like this before, then everything on this one will open your eyes. Through the challenges of circumstances, cold, altitude: you find out stuff about yourself....the rewards are poetry and achievement
The people you do all this with plays a very significant role - there isn't a better set of people to do it with, and I wouldn't want to do it with anyone else.
I will definitely be back with these guys.

Be prepared to do more challenging days than you think, but its worth it.
Nepal is a wonderful country rich with culture and beliefs, people are friendly and helpful.
The trip itself is a great way to see a beautiful country in different ways.
Trekking is the best way to do it its rustic, food and your guides and Sherpas are worth their weight in gold.
Its tough and can be basic but very rewarding. I would definitely recommend. We were well looked after by Tanka, Santos and Kamal big thank you to all of you.”

“Everest Base Camp Trek. What a fantastic couple of weeks!
This really is a trip of a lifetime. You get the experience to see fantastic scenery, mountain views and really challenge yourself. It's certainly tough, but with the help of your guide (our guide Tanka was brilliant) anyone can achieve their goal of completing the trip.
We had a small group of 4 people and thanks to the crazy decision by the UK foreign office to advise against all but essential travel to the Everest region until recently, the trail was very quiet. This was great for us, although not great for the lovely people of Nepal.
Come on this trip and achieve the goal of reaching Everest Base Camp and seeing the amazing views of the region ......... You will not be disappointed.”
