“I placed an order on 3 October for a birthday present for my husband. I received a shipping confirmation the same day, but when I contacted them 3 days later to check whether there was a tracking number it turned out my order hadn't been shipped after all as one item was out of stock. To be fair they offered to send the items that were in stock separately but I think it could have been clearer on their website that the item I ordered wasn't actually in stock and I don't know why they sent me a confirmation that the order was shipped when it actually hadn't been. I placed the order on 3rd October and only received it on 18th October (10 days after it was needed) so not great and for this reason I probably wouldn't use them again.”

“Tempted by Executive Shaving to start using the OneBlade razor and the related accoutrements. Finding the outcome very satisfying. I have to take care with inserting, removing and using the blades because they are very, very sharp, as one would expect. Have not regretted the decision and have found products, advice and service first race; easy to contact and talk to a “ real person”. George”
