“Yet again eSpares have come to the rescue, saving us having to buy a new fridge freezer this time. Previously they saved us a kettle and a cooker (twice) with various parts. Their service and communication has always been excellent and speedy so we'll no doubt be calling on them again next time there's an appliance related 'disaster'. Thank you espares.”

“I ordered new spool head covers for my flymo trimmer but they didn’t fit. Contacted spares with all the relevant information and they gave me the details of the correct part. So a thousand thank yous to espares for saving me from having to buy a new trimmer. They are very quick in responding to any enquiries”

“Trawled the internet for spares for my fridge and cooker. The first company sent me the wrong fridge shelf the next company sent me the wrong part for my cooker I was so fed up and then spotted e spares THANK GOODNESS They are amazing, always quick and no problems. THANK YOU.”

“I received and fitted the replacement door handle to my Bosch tumble drier. Thank you for providing me with it, as it saved the expense of getting a technician in to do the job. Could I just raise one point, though, which concerns the fitting of the handle. I found it was not as easy as I thought it would be. I think it would be helpful if you advised customers that they require a Tork 15 screwdriver for the screws to the door. You video simply mentions a tork but NOT the size. I thought I would have to go in search of one, but fortunately found I had a set (unused!) and saved a journey. In removing the handle I also had to remove the door, because the plastic elements in the door to which the screws were fixed had sheared. In removing the door cover, the door assembly came apart. This was quite startling, but I remembered advice that it should not be too difficult to do it yourself. I found I was able to re-align the pieces of the door and screw everything back into place. I also took the opportunity to clean fluff from areas hitherto inaccessible. You might need help in aligning the parts, but I was able to do it alone. I think you might say that it was a successful exercise, taking only a little time and patience. But do mention the size of tork screwdriver required, so that customers will know before they buy the item.”

“We ordered a new seal for our SMEG refrigerator and then found out it wasn’t the right one (we now believe we would have to replace the door at exorbitant expense). When I contacted eSpares, they were excellent. Excellent communication and then refunded the cost quickly…no quibbles. I ordered from eSpares before and have extremely pleased with their product range and prices. Now I can brag about their customer service. I highly recommend eSpares for any parts needs.”

“I ordered a filter for the kettle. When it came it was the wrong one despite the website saying it would fit. I emailed the company and they were great. They explained the part was no longer available and they would issue a full refund which they did. Very pleased with the way they handled the issue.”

“I had ordered a replacement Freezer Drawer front but unfortunately in the wrong size; my mistake. On contacting eSpares, they could not have been more helpful and constructive both in identifying the drawer front compatible for my appliance and in accessing the eSpares pre-paid return label. In no time at all, I received the correct part and all is now shipshape and Bristol fashion. Thank you eSpares! Exemplary service and efficiency.”

“Really great website - showed me where to find the model number and made sure I'd got the right part before I ordered. More than that the 'how to fit' videos where really good and clear. An american website for the same model and job suggested I take off the lid, control panel, and front panel to get at the pump. Yours said pop it on its side and access it from the bottom. 5 minuets and 3 screws and I was back washing again.”
