“My package did not arrive in the 2-5 days for European shipping that was stated. I had to track down the package myself. When the backpack finally arrived a strap was missing. So not the best experience, but I must say the staff was helpful and polite in resolving the situation to get what I needed.”

Hi Norman, Your item was place on a next day service via DPD courier services. When we spoke with you on the phone the tracking was showing attempted delivery and that it was being held at your local postal office. As to the missing strap we do apologise and a replacement strap is already with you.

“Ordering system and interface good. Paid for recorded 2-5 day tracked delivery that took over 8 days to arrive. Unsure as to what I paid for this delivery.”

“Website easy to use, delivery took a week which is quite long compared to other sites. I called to see when they estimated delivery and was informed I'd get a call to let me know, no one did. Good value for money.”

“Delivery was very fast and efficient. However item (Fizan Compact 4 Trekking Poles) arrived with very minimal instructions and one was already scratched. Had I not been familiar with walking poles I would have had problems adjusting them to suit me. They also did not have the Fizan logo on the straps as shown on the website. i was initially concerned that they might not be genuine.”

“Item was super delayed and no information was given. It was really difficult to get in touch as phone system never connects just redirects. Finally got through via email and was told why item was delayed but it was a pretty frustrating experience nonetheless.”

“Quick dispatch, items as described but the final price on my credit card was a little bit higher that on website inscluding shipping and I did not get any answer from the seller.”

“Had to chase up delivery, though they were very helpful when I contacted them. Unfortunately I realised too late that they had sent the wrong item colour - had chosen them specifically to get a certain colour but by the time I noticed, garment had been worn so didn't bother trying to change it.”
