First time using you and have to say as I ordered flowers over Christmas/New Year a little dubious about when they would be delivered.It was for my Sister in Laws birthday and sadly the same day she lost her husband many years ago.A beautiful bouquet delivered on time Thank you

Order never delivered! DHL couldn’t find the address so questions below irrelevant I have received a refund but very disappointed with the service

I ordered a large bouqet of serena flowers to be delivered to my sons birthday on 31st December 23, to palma , Mallorca, unfortunately they never arrived, i am very disappointed as she neither has the flowers and I have lost the money I paid for them. Order no: WA12875591:

I ordered a bouquet for the UK to be delivered on News Eve Day Unfortunately I was informed that there was a technical fault and it would be delivered asap When it was delivered though my friend was over the moon with it

Delivery 3 days late. Flowers not great. Given the opportunity for replacement flowers, which did not happen, after much follow up communication with customer service Wont use eflorist again

My sister did not receive her flowers as they were delivered to the wrong address. I did type one letter wrong on the post code but the house number, Rroad name and village were correct. As gesesture of goodwill eflorist could have sent a small bunch of flowers as a good will gesture to the correct address and I would be happy to use you again. Any good business should make a gesture to a future customer. I have dyslexia so can make these frustrating mistakes. Yours I Morris.

Hi The flowers were lovely!! But unfortunately they were delivered by Amazon, who left the delivery on the doorstep instead of leaving them with a neighbour!! The flowers were for my friends 60th birthday!! So I was disappointed.

My sister’s birthday is on 30th December - for 2 years now I have sent her flowers via EFlorist. I order them the week before Christmas because of the holiday and they arrive at my sister’s exactly on her birthday. The flowers are well packed with instructions on how to look after them to get a long flowering period. This time I ordered alstroemerias in bud with a flowering life of approximately 3 weeks which I think is good value. My sister was delighted.😊. There was also the bonus of a few free Lindt chocolates. This time flowers were delivered by Amazon Delivery - no complaints.

Delivered on time which is a big plus also you can track your delivery, good value easy to order. Can’t comment on the quality as it was a gift but my sister said they were lovely.

Delivered on time unfortunately no one in and came back next day , I was told the lady who received her flowers was very pleased, unfortunately she has passed away now but I’m pleased that she had seen her flowers Lesley from Lincoln
