“All the photos came back blurred! If the original photo quality was poor you should be told before placing the order. Even though I only had to pay delivery they were a present to my husband. Also something was in the packaging that's scratched a couple of the pictures”

“I ordered the shortbread biscuits and my photos that I uploaded of were high quality but when the biscuits arrived, the photos were of really low quality, they looked awful. Extremely disappointed as was a birthday gift. Will not be ordering again.”

“Sent some biscuits to my 91 year old Granny with pictures of her great-grandchildren as she doesn't get to see them very often and she thought they were amazing! Made her day!! She is saving them to show her coffee morning ladies!!! :) Thank you for making her day! Will definitely be using you again soon!”

“I ordered eat my photo for a colleagues birthday present. When the biscuits arrived the images that I had selected to go on the biscuits were extremely poor quality. All of the colour had leaked making it very difficult to see what the picture was. Not only where they images poor on the biscuits there was no care when placing the image on the biscuit. Out of the 6 biscuits received only one of the icing images was central. The biscuits were so poor I didn't fell I could give them as part of a birthday present. Im extremely disappointed with the product received and won't be using eat my photo again.”

“Quick delivery from date of order but was disappointed. I ordered 6 biscuits but only uploaded 4 photos. I wrongly assumed they would just randomly pick two out of the four and duplicate them to cover all sizes biscuits. However this was not the case and I ended up with 4 biscuits with photos and two with the company logo.”

Hi Richard, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed in receiving two Perkbox logo biscuits. This was specific to the offer we were running alongside Perkbox and was mentioned in the product description that two of the toppers would come with Perkbox logos. “I wanted a cake that was truly personal to my Husband. We created a collage of all our happy family memories. The cake arrived well packaged and on time. The sponge was lovely and clearly a lot of thought had gone joy the recipe. The cake lasted just over a week and still tasted amazing. The print quality was fantastic and just as expected. Thank you for helping us to create a great birthday for everyone!”
