“Cake tasted great and looked great but were supposed to be chocolate lemon and vanilla. We got four chocolate and 8 vanilla which was very disappointing as the bday boys fave is vanilla”

Hi Nicole, We are sorry the birthday boy was disappointed with the cupcake assortment, the colours of the lemon and also the vanilla frosting are very similar and the lemon is only a very subtle flavour therefore is sometimes hard to distinguish between the two, despite this we are glad you enjoyed them overall and we hope he had a lovely birthday!

“The order process and delivery was good. Unfortunately the cake wasn't quite as good as I thought it would be. The panel with the photo on had become loose and had bubbled up and the ribbon around the base of the cake was also loose. Expensive for what it is.”

We have put a lot of time and research into the courier packaging that we use, however on this occasion we are sorry to hear that your cake seems to have been slightly damaged in transit. “The courier firm arrived at the door with the cake under his arm on it's side despite the labels warning not to do so. The cake had minor damage to the side but the company were very quick to apologies. The cake was tasty, and the idea is a good.”

“I used Eat My Photo’s gift box option to send some cupcakes and biscuits to a relative who had just returned home after the birth of their baby girl. We wanted to let them know we were thinking of them without interrupting their family time together. They were perfect and were over the moon with their gift. Thank you so much!”

“The cake was amazing and my daughter's face was a picture in itself as she hadn't seen the cake until the night of her party. The service provided was amazing, with the cake be delivered on time and as ordered. Highly recommend Eat My Photo if you want a cake (s) for a special occasion.”

“My daughter's face was a picture when the cake was put out on the table at her birthday party with her baby photo . The cake was amazing very light and fluffy and everyone who had some really enjoyed it. Highly recommend Eat My Photo to anyone. Thank you.”
