As a published writer and author, I have found that all the five-star reviews we're fraudulently
cultivated by the company itself to counteract the reviews of actual purchasers. The fact that no one answers the phone when you inquire about your shipment is a red flag. The fact that when you order multiple garments in the same size, all allegedly custom made, arrive with different sizes and lengths is a red flag. Stating that you ship all over the world but no one seems to get their clothing within 8 to 10 business days, which is equivalent to two full weeks because they do not include weekends. These reviews tell me that this company is Haram and they ultimately engage in Riba, usury which is also of the greatest sins to go to Jahannam. I will not be wasting my $500 at this fraudulent online company.”

“I've been ordering from EastEssence for about a year now, and I'm through with getting inconsistent dress lengths. I order one length each and every time, and for whatever reason, I always get sent multiple different dress lengths. Additionally, you can never get Uzma on the phone. Why is there one person answering the sales and customer service line for ALL customers? This company services customers worldwide, so why would the phone service be handed to one person to manage? They are two different departments for one, and secondly, it is not a one-person job. They need more people to address customer's concerns. Please find a better way to measure customers' dress lengths that they request for better satisfaction. We have to wait weeks before getting our items due to paying for the lengths we want, so when the dresses come to us shorter than what we paid for, that's a serious problem. I've called EastEssence over 20 times in one day (Friday), and I could not reach Uzma or anyone else. Again, she's the only one who services customers, which may be why she could not answer. Either way, it's ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS buying from and calling this business. Why waste the time!”
“Sizing is an issue. I absolutely love that you can get a skirt and have it the length you want, for example. Unfortunately, the sizing is completely off. So I wanted a long skirt and I ordered a medium. The waist was fine. The rest of the skirt was like an extra large. I sucked it up and tried to order another one. I decided to go for the extra small just so I can get a much tighter skirt. Now the waist is too tiny but again the rest of the skirt is still too full.
Yes, I can return it but it cost money to do so. It took forever for me to get the skirt in the first place. Iām going to take the second skirt and alter it.”
