I redirected the parcel to a neighbour as the recipient was not in. I received confirmation of the redirection. Despite this the parcel was left on the doorstep and I received a message to say it had been received by a non-existent person. I will contact the company who sent it out and suggest they do not use DPD in the future. I tried to e mail my complaint but surprise surprise the complaint system was not working and it was suggested I try later. I do not have the time to do this. It is so simple read the instructions and then follow them, and do not lie about the delivery. I am appalled and very angry about this.

Always seems to be a delay or issue. Every time I order something and DPD is the carrier, it never arrives, or I have to collect it from post office.

Mass lawsuit? Count me in. Absolutely disgusting service. My parcel was supposed to be next day delivery which was confirmed by e-mail. on the day of delivery it says that parcel has been delayed. When I tried to call (took me 1 h to connect with someone and losing huge part of my mental health) first call, guy pretended that he cannot hear me and he hung up, i called again and SHERIN picked up. Oh my god, "Sherin" you are literally the most annoying and unhelpful person in this universe. Well Sherin told me that my parcel is delayed because "they have too many parcels" like it suppose to be my problem? why do you accept next day delivery when you cannot provide this service? why my parcel was less important than the others? Can someone explain it to me? Sherin keep interrupted my talking, and finally hang up the call without any reason at all. I have offered that I am willing to collect my parcel from depot, and I was refused to do so. DPD service is literally the worst service I have ever seen. It is also impossible to make a complaint. Absolutely disgusting. If someone ever wishes to pursue mass lawsuit, please do count me in.

The driver Kumar who is supposed to deliver to CM4 postcode never attempts delivery, I have cameras all over the driveway and can prove he never attempts delivery - so I wait in all day as per the app but Kumar just puts down as a no access even though my preference is to leave delivery in the porch - it's only the self employed drivers who actually make the deliveries - the contract staff could care less - this is around the tenth time this driver has not made the delivery attempt but lied to me and his bosses

You send a parcel, expecting it to be picked up from the drop-off location, but the drivers don't come to pick it up at all. This particular driver I met once was under the influence of drugs and the pharmacy confirmed it too. saying he's like that all the time. I've complained a few times to dpd but nothing. I think DPD enjoys employing drivers who are under the influence of drugs.

I paid extra for a special day deliver because I needed the product to be delivered that day when I was in. Got the delivery time slot in the morning. A few minutes into the waiting I got an email that the driver missed me. I was at home all day waiting for it. The driver simply took a photo of my door from his van and did not bother to get off it and knock at the door. I called customer service via dpd app after several failed attempts to get in touch with a human via their chat. The lady on the phone said that unfortunately I will have to wait for the delivery only after the Easter bank holidays and that the driver will not come back even I had proof from the cctv that he did not knock on the door.

Terrible service. Got my 1 hour deliver slot e-mail and waited for the driver to drop off my parcel. Suddenly got an update ‘We have missed you’ and a picture of some industrial site. No I have to wait until 2 April, while the parcel contained a gift I needed tomorrow. Highly doubt it they will be able to deliver it the next time. Not able to speak to anybody.

Sent Easter gifts via the post office, they gave me the option of using DPD next day delivery. Sent 23/03/24, appreciated this was a Saturday and was advised it would be delivered Tuesday 26/03/24. Not received by Thursday 28/03/24, so called them, advised I need to speak to the “supplier”, tried to explain I had sent the parcel and no supplier was involved, she didn’t seem to understand so gave up! I then tried the what’s app chat, doubled checked the tracking no but advised it had been delivered January 2024 🤬then received a further message to advised they are closed until 2/04/24. downloaded the DPD app and it shows it’s been at their hub3 bham sortation since Tuesday.. no further updates, will never use DPD again 😡

Amazon promise next day delivery..... For birthday BUT Item going to be Stuck in DPD depot for 'delivery' for 4 days now! So god knows when I'll get it certainly not for the birthday 😱

Absolute joke. Cant deliver a thi g through open doors and lie lie lie as far as they could. So.e random knee photo as a proof that they could not deliver it?? Seriously????

As nike uses this useless parcel distibutor i received from october 2023 until march 2024 6 damaged packages. Everytime is package damaged in Maribor. Today i have contacted dpd slovenija and they said, that this is causal for happening. Its very strange, that every time i get something from ups/gls, is everything ok. I wanna get pictures of damaged package but they didn’t wanted to sent it because i am not a customer from dpd but nike is. So i said that they could simply return this package coz i dont want it. And she said that the only the box couldt be damaged but not whats inside 🤦‍♂️ so i said that she should buy damaged car, its only important that the interior is in order.

Advised DPD if I was not in to deliver to my neighbour next door. He took a great picture of my front door ( from the road) and never tried my neighbour who was in all day. Bl%dy useless customer service on 'phone too. It's a long Bank holiday weekend due Easter so instead of being able to complete the work using the part by Saturday it is now (maybe) due a redelivery on Tues 2nd April. Grrrrrrrr. No customer sympathy nor business ethic. 0 stars

I waited in as delivery was supposed to be delivered between 15.15 - 16.15 it had not arrived by 16.30 and apparently delivery had been attempted at 15.17 but it turned out the blind driver couldn’t find my address. Any company using DPD needs their head testing they are completely useless, worst delivery service I have ever experienced. This company needs a total shake up before it’s shut down

If I could give 0 stars I would! Wait all day for a delivery tracking the driver within 5 miles but told at 9pm "our driver missed you". What a joke! What's worse is there's no option to collect and the delivery now won't be attempted again for another 5 days! Needed this for a gift that will now arrive too late. I strongly urge individuals and businesses to use any other courier service but DPD

Disgusting! Paid stupid amount for next day delivery for the driver to take a photo of my next door neighbours house with a comment ‘sorry we missed you’ when I live NEXT DOOR! I waited in all day for this delivery but now I won’t receive it until April 2nd which is 5 days later. Phoned customer service who stated the driver will come back by 6pm. 6pm came nothing! So I called again which they apologised they never got hold of the driver in the first place. Never will I arrange a delivery with this company again! Customer service is disgraceful.

There was a temporary road closure near my property and a diversion was in place. Instead of taking the diversion or carrying the parcel 200 yards or taking the parcel back to base and delivering the next day the driver elected to drop the parcel off at a collection point miles away. They refused to retrieve the parcel and deliver again. My only option is the make a special trip and drive miles to retrieve the parcel or wait a week for them to pick up the parcel from the collection point and return it to the sender who will then send it back to me. You couldn't make it up!!!

I've got 2 slipped discs and asked the courier nicely if he would put it inside my door way on the floor. But he said no. I would never use this company in the future.
