“Wowwww, i was really surprised that service really worked. Once i came across this site on YouTube i tried it it literally took about 18 hrs. ,but my galaxy fold4 was unlocked. I never had to call and questioned there process. Im extremely happy with there service and i plan to use them again with another phone that i have. For what this company offers for the price i would gladly pay the price.”

“It was so easy to use! I owed money on my phone and service after a year of not using my phone I only paid to unlock it. Didn't have to pay for the 2 months of service that went to collections! Very happy with the service. The waiting the couple days was they hardest part! I didn't think it was going to work. Lol”

“It Worked for me! I tried several online unlocking provide without success. Direct unlock was able to unlock my iPhone 13. The phone was from my former employer who will not help with the code because they still owe some money with the carrier. Direct unlock settled the debt and handle the unlock perfectly in good time.”

“A wonderful and fantastic service! Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to unlock their phone. There are additional fees, but it’s not that much and it worked instantly. Faster than any phone shops, they were Saying it would take 3 weeks.Would definitely use it again!! I don’t think I could’ve asked for a better outcome. The service was smooth and everything was clear as I went along. There was no confusion as to what would happen.”

“You took my money you did not unlock the unit and failed to reply to my requests for help. After I posted my poor experience on trust pilot you contacted me to say that you would return my money only if I removed the review from trust pilot. I would not do this as it was a true review and I would not wish any else to be caught by your questionable practices. The unit was eventually unlocked free of charge. From this experience I would not advise anyone to use this company.”

“DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND WONT HELP YOU!! THEY CHARGED ME 3 TIMES FOR THE SAME SERVICE AND EVERYTIME IT WAS A DIFFERENT REASON. NEVER GOT UNLOCKED”

“As for unlocking my Samsung S23 I had a pretty positive experience. They got my phone unlocked even though there was a SIM lock for an alleged unpaid pastdue balance that I am currently diputing with shady-a** ATT. They charged me double 3 months in a row and then refused to refund me or provide a credit and then when I didn't pay my bill on the 4th month due to their promises of refunds that I never saw, and then contacted them again to inquire about the promised refunds and credits I had received over the previous 3 months, they got noticeably angered by my requests, called me a "liar" and became inappropriately aggressive in handling my case - even more so after I provided screen shots and recorded conversations documenting their promises of their mistakes and promises to provide retribution. They then put a SIM lock and immediately closed my account. Needless to say I found it absolutely absurd that they were able to lock my phone and prevent me from using a device that I had purchased from them and had PAID IN FULL for. So I am INCREDIBLY gracious to Directunlocks for providing the unlock service that they did and that they were actually able to unlock my device so that I could continue to use my own personal property (with another mobile service provider of course). However, I attempted to use their services with my husbands iphone which was associated with TMobile and it failed horribly. And instead of DirectUnlocks just telling me initially after I paid the initial device assessment fee to see if the device would be qualified to undergo the unlocking services or that they could successfully unlock the device, they continued to ask for more money, giving different justifications for why they needed more money from me, and failed to provide the additional services associated to their claims/requests for more money. The phone is STILL not unlocked and they refuse to refund the money I have fed them in return for the promises of unlocking the device. It has been an absolute nightmare”
