“The codes you send it didn’t work. Never said that first will make a charge and then another for apply to the codes. The time to send it. First said 2 days then it was 4 days. When they send the codes it dindt wort.”

“Beware this people won't give you an exact price right of the bat, they use an scheme were they are charging you more and more money to "unlock" your phone, the unlock worked for me but I am not pleased with how they get money out from you on steps. They will always come back asking for more and more instead of giving you a total amount. For example, they charged me 30 dollars to "unlock it" then like 51 more because they needed a deeper search and finally 280 more.... Also, if your phone has been paid in full you don't need to go through them since your carrier will unlock the phone for you for free... They won't tell you this as they are trying to take advantage of the situation.”

“The website is misleading. The first quoted price is just to see if you're eligible to unlock. Then you have to pay another $100+ to actually unlock. It took the full time they quoted. No big deal, but it only worked for a week. Now my new Sim won't work in the phone at all.”

“Unlock took super long and way longer than it should've. Also the time frame for any updates should be quicker and to reassure the buyer. Unlock was still completed but wasn't done in the estimated time frame that I actually needed the unlock to be done by. Even gave my own personal grace period of couple days after they provided an estimated time of completion.”

“The service did not do anything to unlock my phone and the instructions are pretty vague. I emailed direct unlocks after my phone didn't unlock and I got no response. I followed what bit of instructions were provided, after it said my unlock was complete, and I didn't get anything but a normal reboot after the website said it was complete. I even paid extra on the website when prompted but to no avail. There is no customer service to speak to and here it is, 4-5 months later, asking me to review. It did NOT unlock my Samsung galaxy A54.”
