Hi, thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us as it enables us to solve any issues effecting the quality of our service. We use DPD for all our under 30kg deliveries on a next day tracked service. We send thousands of units with them every year and they rarely make a mistake. Unfortunately on this occasion there was an error in their warehouse and they accidentally failed to pick your unit. We received a report that the unit was out for delivery on the 22nd hence the reason we had not contacted you to report any delay. We were closed over the Christmas period so today, (2nd Jan), is our first day back in the office. I have made DPD aware of the mistake and they are sending your unit today for delivery tomorrow. Apologies for the unusual delay with this order. Regards, DehumsUK

Hi, thanks for the feedback. Your order was dispatched on the day that the item was ordered (21st December). We sent this promptly on the 21st in an effort to get it to you before the Christmas break. Unfortunately due to the usual increase in workload around Christmas time it seems that the courier weren't able to deliver to you by the 23rd. “I purchased a Brolin BR10C MK2 from dehumidifiers uk a couple of weeks ago and I can't praise it enough. .. the customer service was excellent and the unit arrived the very next day... I have a medium sized one bedroom ground floor flat that suffers from condensation and damp mainly in the bedroom. ...after a couple of days I noticed the difference and the mold hasn't come back. ..... I just wish I'd bought one of these years ago.... would highly recommend dehumidifiers uk ....”

“Bought this machine for our garage. Easy to set up. Switched on the "Economy" mode and within an hour the water trough was filling up. After 2 days we can see a big difference in the garage and fridge freezer, windows and tools are nice and dry.”

“Initial processing was quick but my purchase was complicated by TNT losing the goods. That can happen, but the subsequent communications with dehumidifieruk was bad. Five emails from me went unanswered. Customer services were polite when I phoned them, but didn't return calls although they promised to do so. It took 3 weeks to get the goods which should have arrived in 24 hours. At one stage I thought that it might well have gone to default, and I put paypal on warning. Could certainly do better.”

“I spoke to Terry and he suggested a selection of Heaters they had in stock, he suggested the ceramic heaters as it was more for spot heating which was ideal for my workbench area.. it works a treat and i have already told other people to speak to him as he certainly knew his products and what to suggest for the area it is needed. Thanks”
