“Ordered my dehumidifier on the Tuesday and had it not been for the snow I would have received it the next day. It arrived on the Thursday and weather conditions were not great. Well impressed with dehumidifiersuk and the dehumidifier. Thank you”

“Dehumidifier works well if a little noisy the only reason I gave 3 stars is because I contacted the company over a week ago via my PayPal account as the indicator lights on the front don't work and I still haven't received a reply.”

“I was wiping off masses of moisture from my newly installed double glazing and after discussion with various experts was recommended to get a dehumidifier. After some research I found the one suitable for my needs thanks to dehumidifiers uk. Many thanks for your help and I am very happy with my selection.”

“Phoned them for some advice on a unit I was thinking of buying. They asked me what I had in mind to use the unit for and they advised me that another unit was more suitable for purpose. Very good telephone manner and hassle free ordering and delivery.”

“It's a really efficient piece of kit. Amazing the amount of water it collects. Dry windows every morning and the air is fresher too. The water container is user friendly I read reviews on other makes and chose this one as a lot of them had complaints about awkward containers, but this one is great.”

Hi, thanks for the feedback. Your weather station is send separate from the dehumidifier so I would expect it to be with you in the next few days. Once you have received your weather station can I kindly ask that you revise your review to reflect the service that you have received? “Definitely removes moisture from the garage where my 1939 Morris is kept. Fitting drain pipe fiddly but noww attached works well.”

“The price was good, the product arrived quickly and works well, BUT, it didn’t come with the Free Weather station as promised on the website. I emailed to report this and ask whether it would come separately and so far my email has been dully ignored. Hence the mixed feeling. Being ignored as a customer is the worst customer service one wants.”

“I can’t believe I’ve been asked to write a review about this company. I’ve sent several emails to them; tried to call all the numbers on their website (one no longer exists and the others just ring and no answer phone) as I need to swap the heater I purchased. But I’ve had no response from them at all. I suspect all is not well with the company. I wouldn’t advise dealing with them.”
