“I had ordered a bracelet and it arrived very quickly in a nice box gift wrapped. There were few in stock and it arrived faulty. The beads where damaged and scratched. I called customer service and explained. They told me to send the product back and they would refund the postage and send a new one out. The new bracelet was sent out quickly in a lovely box well presented gift wrapped and was fine. I also ordered earrings from here in the sale. Absolutely lovely. Very fast delivery and good customer service.”

“Great website. Due to COVID I was unable to collect my item at store and the lady on (email) customer service was so helpful. She arranged for the item to be posted out instead. It arrived in a couple of days and my daughter was delighted with her Pandora charm. It wasn't a biggie, but the charm didn't come in a Pandora bag, but as I wasn't charged for posting, I was happy to overlook this.”

“Service excellent from the initial telephone call to next day delivery. The Pandora bead was nicely packed. It would, however, have been a nice gesture to include the free charm that Pandora was offering customers who shopped with them direct in the run up to Valentines Day.”

“I ordered a pair of earrings as a present for my daughter and they arrived prettily gift wrapped, as requested, and in good time. Minor hiccup in that the earrings themselves were faulty but customer service was excellent and a replacement pair was swiftly obtained. I wouldn’t hesitate to use David Christopher again.”

“Item delivered within specified time and was very well packaged. Very happy with my Pandora bracelet. We have a David Christopher jewellers in our local town, but closed due to Covid 19, so was a good surprise that they have an online web page to shop on. I recommend this company foe online abd inshore shopping. I will be using them again.”

“After having no luck finding a replacement Pandora ring for my daughter either online or at their outlets David Christopher came to the rescue. Their website was easy to navigate, payment had a variety of options and delivery was rapid by recorded delivery, Excellent.”
